SpeakerThere we go. Welcome to Hash Church, episode 15, everybody. We're here up in Whistler, British Columbia. We've got Flav sitting kind of next to me. But I've got the computer, so I want to set it up so I can kind of see both of us. He's kind of doing the I don't have a Gmail account thing on me, so I was like, well, I guess we're sharing a computer today then.

SpeakerWe've got Aaron still in bed. Clap that down. That's what often this one comes in a little delayed. So you got to be quick on the mute. That's the one that everybody on the side gets. That's the one that the majority of the people get, yes. So we will send this link out to the group. Although I think I'll make a new group for that. It was like every day to start afresh.

SpeakerLet's see if we can get jibbed in again. See if Robert, oh, Jen definitely wanted to come in. I know Darren's going to want to come in. Maybe Dane even might want to come in. Horatio will want to come in. I kind of try to, oh, it's, oh, we've got to invite Mr. Tony in. Because today is Mr. Tony's birthday. Happy birthday, Tony. Yeah, we'll be saying that to him hopefully really soon as he enters the room.

SpeakerWe'll send out the link. We've got a great group of guys in chat already. Good morning, Prophet Marcus, Nick, Neil Faril, Rastafari, Slurpin, William, Hipster Meister, Jasper, and Alex Cortez. All these other guys in the room. Can I join you guys on Hash Church today? Well, I think if you want to know the rules for joining us on Hash Church, it's really simple. We have a ton of people that want to come in and chat, but a lot of times I send the link out to people and they don't come and chat.

SpeakerSo I'm just asking that people send me an email at bubbleman at bubblebag and they request a link to Hash Church on Sundays before the day comes and ask me in regards to what you want to talk about, what you can, what you can, what you want to bring to Hash Church and what your discussion is and what you kind of want to cover.

SpeakerAll right, just to answer in D420K. Each morning it helps if you guys don't send me a bunch of messages right when I'm starting Hash Church. I don't need to know when you're coming on and I don't need to know if you're just going to be a few minutes. I'm good to go. I just, it's already too confusing trying to... Oh, good morning Horatio, good morning John.

SpeakerGood morning. How's it going? Morning, morning. How's it going?

SpeakerAlways a pleasure to see you guys. Pleasure, pleasure. Horatio's got his vaporizer. He's ready to go. Maybe he'll hit a bowl of hash during Hash Church this weekend. It's just low. It's right here. It's low on screen.

SpeakerHoratio, my. Horatio, my. Dude, we had most epic gauntlet... Who's CRT Games? CRTV Games. Okay, I'm guessing that's Dane. Hook your computer up there, Dane. And please, guys, make sure you're careful as to who you're sending this link out. I really want to vet the people that come into the room to chat. I'll see if I can't send this link out by mail to Mr. Robert Connell Clark, which seems to be the only real way for me to get a hold of him.

SpeakerHe doesn't have the cell phone or any of that sort of thing, so... Let's see if we can just send Rob a quick email and get that sorted out.

SpeakerBecause he really enjoyed it the other day. He was telling me he had a good time, which of course he did. People were very interested to hear what he had to say. I'm not sure what that little beeping is, but... I know, right? Hitman Glass, okay, no, let's talk a little bit about the glass. So, obviously Flav has a ton of glass here that we've been hitting for the last few days, six days here up in Whistler.

SpeakerBut yesterday Christian came by and he brought a few little pieces with him and he had a nice, he had that stack low, which I was really quite... Very nice. Yeah, it was... It was really well, it was put together really well. Yeah, no, it was, I really appreciated that piece. I hit it three or four times. Yeah. I also like this little slop cup, Zach P's slop collab that he had there.

SpeakerVery nice. Not too bad, but geez. I guess today we're going to start it off with a little bit of JP Toro. JP Toro in the house. Here, we'll show you guys this. This is 5th Anniversary Toke City, I believe. Correct, Sting? It is, yep, 5th Anniversary Toke City. So you're cut off. That's why we need to get you a computer. Cool. I keep telling Dave to get himself a Gmail account.

SpeakerThen I can actually participate. Then he can open up a computer and we can have our own boxes. But I think once Aaron comes down, that will be... He's going to be forced to do that because we won't fit three of us in front of this particular computer. But we can, I guess, wait for a bit. Unless we want to double... Here we go, BC Bubble. What new could he show us?

SpeakerWhat new could he show us? Oh, I don't have anything new that I brought with me. Oh, McDonald's. Really? Well, maybe one you guys haven't seen so much is my partner's dozo. I need to get your computer. Yeah. And I'm going to sign you up for it. If you want to take this, I'll sign you up for a Gmail account so that you have a computer Gmail account if you can.

SpeakerHey, guys, share the screen. It is, yeah, when I'm putting the picture up. But this is a dosa tube. It's an older one. It's got some fade to clear here, some fade to clear here, brushed opals, 10-millimeter bowl.

DarrenWe brought up the other dosa. We had three dosas in the house last night, actually.

SpeakerAll right. This is Dave's new at Hash Church. He doesn't realize I don't have the ability to troubleshoot and set up accounts while I'm running the full live chat, but what he's going to do is he's going to be back in about five minutes once he's set up his computer. Here you go, Dave. You'll need this. Is that computer dead as a doornail? All right. We're going to see him right back in a few minutes here, guys.

SpeakerWe've got a ton of glass to smoke, a ton of hash to smoke. We've got a flipping load of varieties that Matt the Great Gardener brought here. We have, although it does look like they're everywhere, we did a good job on these last night. So we've got the Rene Canatonic, a little tiny bit left on that one, that was popular. We got the Warlock 73 Micron, which was also very nice, super melty, of course all of these are full melt.

SpeakerThe Afghani, which is the GG1, always a pleasure to smoke that. The Sweet Skunk. Which is the 120 micron. And we got JT15, 45 micron. That was a nice one, hey Flav? You know, it was. Especially because you think it's a good dish. Yeah. Yeah, no, I've got to say it was pretty sweet. Then we got, last but certainly not least, we got the Congo. Little Congo.

SpeakerAnd then we also have many Congos from Flav. I mean, they're getting towards the end of the jars now, but You brought like three or four of these Congo jars. Yeah, I brought all three runs of the 73, the 90, the 120, and the 45. Then we have the Barb 73, which of course, huge surprise, was absolutely completely puffed down to nothing. And then I got a little bit of sift, which I did with the CBD Renee, which is a full melt, 99% heads there.

SpeakerSo, I guess we'll get a dabber or two. I don't even know what happened to the highly educated ones. They might have gotten put away last night. Maybe we left them over yonder. But I think it's time for a... Are you coming on camera, Dane, CRT Games? It'd be great to get you cammed up. Oh, there you go. Now I got you, bro. Cool, yeah, yeah. I just had your picture.

SpeakerHow's YouTube? And I've seen you guys on my YouTube. I was like, oh, Hash Church started two minutes ago. So I went and grabbed my computer. Yeah, I was in bed up until a little while ago. I had Johnny B was texting me and remembering, letting me know, hey, dude, it's Hash Church. So thank you, Johnny B, for getting the congregation going this morning. Much appreciated. Oh, yeah.

SpeakerMade up a little too late last night. Just a little too late. I'm not sure if Nickity's going to make it. I'll send him the link, though. That's a good idea. If he wants to come in and check us out, always good to have fellow hash makers invite motion. I think we should invite, oh, what's, who else am I thinking? Oh, Kingston Erg. Which is Kingston Gilmore now.

SpeakerWe'll invite a few more people. It's always good to, what are you puffing on there, Dane?

SpeakerI have some banana blackberry kush, 73 micron, processed through your bags by, um, the trichomonas production crew. Fresh frozen whole plant. It's really tasty. You get, uh, you smell the banana kush when you smell it, but, uh, The flavor combo of the banana and blackberry, they go really well together. It's a nice hash. Very nice. Very, very nice. That sounds exceptional. I think I'm going to join you with some nice hash right now.

SpeakerI think we'll start it off with some Congo for me this morning. A little Congolese, the forbidden, the don't share that cut or I'll talk bad behind your back. The Congo, very popular in Vancouver to try to keep everyone from having it. I've given it out to about 12 people myself, so... I haven't. Hopefully I've... Yeah, we all know you have it, Johnny, because they've all seen the videos, and you're, of course, in all the videos, and of course we videotaped us, me giving you the Congo strain, so everyone knows what Johnny's got.

SpeakerAstro Boy, and My Little Pony, and Medi Kush, and Congo, and Sweet Skunk, and Jamaican, all the fun things that we've been growing here for the last... A year and more for some of us. Can't complain with that. So what do we got? We got 184 viewers, which kind of blows my mind for 8.20 in the morning. Welcome, everyone. Really happy to have you guys here at Hash Church.

SpeakerA lot of people are talking away. Dan's puffing on the fire, Red Lion says. Is Congo a head high? Well, Congo's very strong. I'd say it's definitely got that sativa vibe. Euphoric head feeling, but I'll tell you, it's a strong strain that can get your body just as high as well. Everyone needs the Congo, Rastafari. Everyone needs the Congo. Follow back on Insta. No young mix. I only follow Instagram accounts that inspire me, that are all mostly hash.

SpeakerI don't just follow an account because someone asks me, and generally if you've got pictures of A ton of oil, I'm probably not going to follow your account. If you have pictures of a ton of non-cannabis related things, I'm probably not going to follow your account. It's nothing personal. It's just what I prefer to have in my feed. And so don't think of me as a dick if I don't follow your account just because you asked me to.

SpeakerSorry about that. I just put my beeline out on my MacBook. What's that? I just put this wick out on my computer. I'm glad it's not plastic. Oh my God. So there's the Congo cast.

SpeakerAll right, Congo Bongo. I'm going to load a bowl of Congo right now. I guess I'll hit the, what I said I was going to hit, the Toro. Seeing as it's turned on and ready to go. How are you doing over there, Flav? You getting your account all set up? Dude, Flav's a machine. I can send you the link once you've got your Google Plus account set up.

SpeakerNo, I'll send it to you on Facebook. I'll send it to Mr. David. There we go. We'll get you over here. That'll be cool, actually. We'll just have to make sure that we make sure our mics are not... Yeah, exactly, which we can figure out easy enough. We always have this sort of technical difficulties in Hash Church, trying to get all of our All of our mics to work well.

SpeakerI was happy to see Johnny B come in today with his mic working. It's always good. We should get D420K in the house soon. I've sent him the link out of both his accounts. I think Barry's going to be, or True's going to be joining us very soon. Oh, great. You're going to send him the link? Mm-hmm. Beautiful, beautiful. Be good to see True. Be good to see True.

SpeakerAll right. Well, I've waited long enough. This is the longest I think I've ever waited in Hash Church to blaze a bowl. Welcome, True. Mr. True, Mr. True. Get your mic working good. It's time for Hash Church. It's also time for us to leave this house, unfortunately, today. What's going on, Aaron?

TrueThere's a pow-pow outside, bro.

SpeakerIt's true, there's tons of pow here. If you guys can see the snow behind the banister, or on the banister behind me, it's about like this high. So we got pretty dumped on last night.

SpeakerI don't think we should leave. I think we should go snowmobiling all day. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow. That's what I think. But maybe I'm just a snowmobile junkie.

SpeakerAbsolutely. All right.

SpeakerWe're getting him to set up another account so we have enough computer space. You're welcome to grab a seat for now. I want to hug the camera. No, that's fine. That's why he's just set up an account so we have two computers. Who's on right now? Inside we've got Dane, Horatio, and John, as well as True in Amsterdam. And True as with Ramon. Oh, it's double troubles.

SpeakerNice, it's double troubles. It's like Bert and Ernie. Batman and Robin. Batman and Robin. Welcome, boys, welcome. OCD Labs and True K. Anagenetics. It's the right way to do it. So I guess you guys saw DNA took another gold medal at the Olympic bobsled course yesterday.

TrueWe've seen the pictures. Up on the podium again.

SpeakerBy a mere 200th of a second, we took out the great gardener, sweet grass extracts, And Flav421. They played a good game. We're not going to say they didn't. They did exceptional. But it just wasn't enough to take the gold. So that was kind of fun. Listen, if you guys ever want to make a trip to Whistler, absolutely, 100%, unequivocally, do the bobsled. We'll watch you go down.

SpeakerIt is psychotic, I'm telling you. It's psychotic. There's no doubt about it. 100%. All right, so Congo for breakfast, Aaron?

SpeakerNo Congo for breakfast for Aaron. All right, so I hit the JP Toro. It's time for the dosa. We had a couple of doses here last night, like three or four, three. We had three doses last night. That new one that Christian brought was real nice. Liked it, liked it. I'm going to pass me, I'm not sure about that torch. Do we have the other one? Geez, I don't like this one.

SpeakerI'll make it work.

TrueI'll make it work.

SpeakerWhat's that?

SpeakerJohn, can you please take care of Darren because he just keeps texting me for the link over and over and over again and I've already sent it to him. I will. That would be awesome. Yeah, just sort him out. He's getting a bit stressed out. I don't want him to feel that way, but... I'll just repeat it one more time. It's not the time to ask me to troubleshoot when it's hash church just because I'm trying to engage the audience, trying to puff bowls, and I've got my Google Hangout.

SpeakerI've got the YouTube page. I've got two Facebook pages. All of those are open, so I have no ability to answer texts coming in from everyone that you're trying to get the link. I send it through Facebook. That's how I send the link. And if you can't get it from me, get it from one of the other gentlemen. And like I said, guys, just make sure that when you send that link out that it's to people that really want to join in Hash Church, they really want to be a part of it, and they have something in particular that they want to say.

SpeakerI'll send it to you. Text me. Yes, absolutely. You want it to go to where? Are you on an iPhone? Yeah. Oh, so I can then send that to you through here. Make that happen.

SpeakerYeah, it just becomes, I can't. Can someone send the line to Aaron? Because once again, I'm going to have to open up an email account. He doesn't have a Facebook account. I'm not sending these links any other way than Facebook. So Dane or someone, if you want to send Aaron via email the link to this hash church, that would be awesome. And Aaron's email that they can send it to.

SpeakerAaron, A-A-R-O-N. A-A-R-O-N. T-A-G. T-A-G. T-U-R. So that's Aaron the Turtle. At Gmail. At Gmail.com. Someone can send Aaron the email. He'll jump on on his iPad here and join us. That would be awesome. What? What, what, what? I still haven't got the email from... Oh, yeah, we're waiting for our video. This morning we went and did... This is hectic.

SpeakerAll right. Okay, I need to have another bowl because this is just time for a bowl. I sent the link. It's my name at gmail.com. Okay, thanks. Thanks, Dane. No problem. It's good like that. Teamwork, fellas, teamwork. Unity in the community. I just got so many boxes open. I sent a few links out too. In case I don't know how to spell turtle because you never know.

SpeakerSmoking on the King Louie 90 micron fresh frozen whole plant. Kind of bugs me though that it's a male name for a female plant, but some fire.

SpeakerThis whole thing I died. A weird thing to have a male name for a female plant.

SpeakerAlright, Wakey Bakey, Dosa under my belt, and...

SpeakerOh my gosh, my text is just blowing up. I keep getting these texts.

SpeakerAll right. It throws me off. It throws me off.

SpeakerAir drop it? I don't know about air dropping it. Like I said, past church, not the day to get me to help troubleshoot anything. You guys figure it out over there, I'll figure it out over here. That's what I said, you can sit right here, literally, no problem. Dave's got an account that he's opening up, we should be able to get the computers going on. Alright, I've choked out D420K.

SpeakerIf someone can send him the link, that would be amazing, because every week, once again, D420K, I send you the link, you can't get in. Thank you for watching.

SpeakerNo, well, he should, he has a problem. Him and Johnny have had a problem. How did you fix your problem, John? Because you're getting in no problem all the time. Maybe we'll just have troubleshooting church so we can walk everyone through how they can get in. I've sent Darren the link about four times now. I just upgraded Google account. It says you've got to upgrade once in a while, and if you don't upgrade, it seems to crash all the time.

SpeakerSo Google, you have to keep upgrading. Okay, well, there we go, guys. There's a little troubleshooting for you, D420K. You've got to keep that updated, and I hope you get in, buddy. I know that you're frustrated, and I hate that you're frustrated, but I'm just unable to do a lot of troubleshooting when I'm running a live chat with 200-plus people watching. So maybe next week we can go a little earlier, and we'll do a troubleshooting hash church Saturday night or something, and that way we can make sure that the few people that we're going to have in here talking...

SpeakerCan actually get into the room. I know it's Tony V's birthday today, so hopefully he shows up today and we can wish him a happy birthday. I know it's... We should go sledding. Yeah, we should go sledding. Oh my God. We're supposed to leave today. We've been here for six plus days. We should go sledding and then leave.

SpeakerOh yeah, I just got a message now from Tony, which I also sent him the link already through Facebook. So check that out if you're watching, Tony.

SpeakerCheck that out.

SpeakerYeah, a lot of people watch through YouTube, so the majority of the people are watching through this chat, and they're talking right now. Alex Cortez, D420 never acts stressed. Oh, he does sometimes. We all get stressed. And I know when his computer, when he doesn't, when a simple thing won't let him into chat, for sure that's going to not make him feel, you know, happy because he wants to be in here talking with us and smoking with us.

SpeakerSo please, Johnny B, don't stop helping D420K. Let's get him into the room. Maybe ask him what the problem is, if that link's not working or whatnot. Maybe we can figure it out. That's too small actually. Yes. Or you're dry. But he keeps sending me texts saying that he's... Oh, here. What do you want? RC? Yes. Or the dry? Or both? Here's... I'll just give you the dry because I can't even find the RC.

SpeakerLike it's not here. That's so strange. Congo? No fire. It is. Oh, there we go. It was neat to go through those jars and not see that like four times in a row. It was like a game. Here's a Tulio. Two Tulios. A couple of Tulios for him.

SpeakerSo what's going on in Amsterdam, True? Tell us what's going on.

TrueSorry, just had to unmute myself. Nothing really, just getting back into the swing of things after Christmas. Went home to see the family. So my cannabinoid levels just plummeted for five days while I was in the UK. Reminded me why I fled that place. And I'm happy to be back in Amsterdam now. So yeah, just getting back into the swing of things. Getting busy. Released some new strains.

TrueGot all those out to AMIC. So now the truth is available. And the Sagan Star and the Broadleaf Black, so glad to finally have those available.

SpeakerThat's exciting.

TrueStill smoking the last little bits of bubble hash from the cup, thinking about getting some more material so that we can get some nice dry sift on the go. Everyone there, It's putting out some fire now. I see Darren's super happy. Darren, if you're getting stressed, just remember, you've got 99% pure heads. That'll calm you.

SpeakerI just sent him the link again because he's saying he doesn't have the link to chat, so I just sent it again. I just relammed him. Yeah, Dane's got you covered. I usually send it out to everyone. I try to remember. It is a weird kind of time because... Right when the camera starts, I feel a little bit like, whoa, now this is recording. It's kind of my responsibility to make it somewhat quality, and then I'll get a text, and I'll be like, uh, and I sort of want to avoid that as much as possible.

SpeakerAlso, if you guys ever see that I'm getting lots of people trying to talk to me and whatnot, it's a great time to sort of take up the conversation and save me.

SpeakerSometimes I need to save him.

SpeakerDid you get in yet, Aaron? I think I might hit this one. What do you guys think? Should I hit this one?

TrueAnything that Marcel's touched is a favorite.

SpeakerAnd when Marcel and Scott Deppie have touched it... Then it just gets ridiculous. Then it just gets ridiculous, dude.

TrueDid you see the rig that Scott Depp put up on Instagram the other day that was like a skull?

SpeakerUh, yeah.

TrueThat's just fucking blowing my mind.

SpeakerYeah, completely insane, dude. Guess who bought that? Who?

SpeakerYeah, we got it on the way to Canada soon. Yeah? Just joking.

TrueWherever it is, hopefully somewhere I can get into so that I see it one day.

SpeakerYeah, I wouldn't be surprised if you did. Seems like it'll be on like B-Reel's tour bus or something. Yeah, that'd be nice. That thing is insane. Alright, here, let me mute my mic while I do this nasty torch thing. This is where you guys pick up the conversation.

TrueNo email this week.

TrueYeah, mixing a little bit of... Were you guys puffing on? I've mixed a little bit of bubble hash with a little bit of kosher kush oil that we've got and doing like a little jelly hash here. Nice.

SpeakerDry some tattoo. What's going on today, Johnny B.?

TrueIf anyone doesn't have a trim bin, then it's something we need to invest in because we've been using ours to get a lot of sift out of it. Every kind of trim we've got from fan leafs to sugar leaf we've been knocking around in the trim bin and then cleaning up with the static trip and yeah, you'd be surprised how many nice heads you can get off some real crappy looking material.

TrueBut we've exhausted all of our resources at the moment so it's real low.

SpeakerWhat are you puffing on Horatio? Uh, it's purple cheese. Mark, you're muted. Yeah, I'm puffing on Horatio's LHO and this is the one he's got marked home. And I can honestly say this has got to be some of the best pain relieving shit that I've had. I've had some really bad back problems over the holidays and Horatio saved my ass. He hooked me up with this right here and it is killer.

SpeakerThanks again, dude. I know you came to my rescue there the other day, too, to get me a little bit more. No worries. Thanks to the growers of Pineapple Express. THCV. Thank you. Yeah, no, definitely. It's nice to see you. Very rewarding strength for me right now. I normally don't smoke other strains, but this one here seems to be working very well. So if you can get your hands on it, guys, Pineapple Express.

SpeakerThank you, Johnny B. That was awesome timing. I was literally just about to mute your mic as I heard the big bang come through the sound, and you were like, boom! Like, I will mute my own mic. He's on it. So, maybe we should talk a little bit about hash this morning. Hashish, hashish, hashish. I think it's a good idea. Where to start? Well, I'll tell you.

SpeakerWe had a nice, um, what do you guys think of a

SpeakerA stacked cannabinoid profile, you know, the classic hitting more than one flavor, particularly in one actual hit or oral dose. We've been taking the eight varieties of hash that we have and then just using the iron. This is Dave's. He's got his little clamper here. And so we were just pressing out little bits of, like, 6 and 7 and even 8 to 12 different kinds of bubble hashes and dry sifts.

SpeakerAnd it was pretty cool. Really, really nice rips. Especially with that nice consistency of like first we pressed it out on the parchment and then we peeled it off the parchment and we rolled it in our fingers and really made sure that all the different kinds got constituted into themselves evenly. And then we put it back on the parchment and we flattened it out again, flattened it out quite thin.

SpeakerI put a picture up on Facebook there. You may have seen it. And wow, what a pleasure to partake in what I've always called the lucky day profile, a cannabinoid profile that you'll very likely never recreate in its exact form, which perhaps could be said about even any strain. I don't know how How deep the subtleties go of the changes in... We do that on the regular at work.

SpeakerWe try to come up with extractions like that banana blackberry kush that I showed you. We'll mix sometimes four strains in there. Some of them work really well. Patients like them better than the individual strains, and they'll request that we mix them again, and sometimes they don't quite mix that well, so we won't really mix those two particular strains in the future, but I like it. It's fun.

TrueSounds like it. Oh, it's so funny.

SpeakerYou're in a call. Wait just a second. But you're not in the call you wanted.

TrueWhat's up?

SpeakerIt says I'm in the call. Man, Google Plus is just the most bizarre chat. I wish I was good at it. I wish I knew what to tell the people that were having a problem getting in. Because Aaron next to me also has his iPad. He's live. Did you click on the link that Dane sent you? I clicked on the link. And that's how you got into that?

SpeakerYeah. Damn. Let me click. Should I click on it again? I don't know. I might have to just get you to come sit over here in about a minute. You've got to already be signed into a valid Google account, right? Yeah, that's what I told him. You've got to already be signed into a valid Google account. Disclaimer to let you in. Theoretically. Yeah. Sign me out of this shit.

SpeakerI think people think they're in, but they're into a new account because it still says their name, but it's not really the account they just set up. It's now this default Google Gmail account that it's giving you. I'm never going to use this again. Because you just, exactly. You've got to go into your Safari. You've got to sign into your Gmail. Then you go out into your email and click that link, and when you do that, you'll be signed in.

SpeakerYou are not signed in, I guarantee. I bet you you click, or maybe you had to be to go into the Gmail, right? Did you go through Safari? Sign out. He's going to come sit next to me now because we're done troubleshooting. I tell everyone I can't troubleshoot so I inevitably spend the first hour of Hash Church troubleshooting. I'm not going to be able to troubleshoot this week but let's troubleshoot for the next hour.

SpeakerI think I need a puff of the CBD Renee.

SpeakerHow about this for some powdered sift? Ooh, yeah. Oh, I see a little hair.

TrueThat was powdered.

SpeakerGotcha. Well, how are you doing, Flav? Did you sign up? Yeah, I got to do the thing. Good luck, Flav. Good luck, Flav. Yeah, I'm trying. Good luck. 50-50. Well, I'd love to be more successful, but a bit less than Eric. Nice. So, yeah, it's dry grip. It's hard for you not to be, right? Oh, yeah. All right, well, time for a Marcel rip.

TrueYeah, I want a Quartz Banger. There's a few people I've seen using those. They're all super flavorsome. I'm always worried about Quartz breaking. Oh, the Quartz Banger. Yeah, look. There we go. Quartz Banger. I love it. You can see mine's all globbed up. This is my daily driver right here. So we just have good use. I was always worried about getting quartz if I was just going to break it by using it too much.

SpeakerI've been worried about that too, especially because I use a metal carb cap on it, but it's been doing fine, and this only cost me $14 US, so that's pretty cheap. And what is that? Sabertooth Quartz Banger. Where is that quartz from? Sabertooth glass, I have no clue. Right. 20 bucks, did you say? 14. That was like $4 above wholesale. I think they go for 20-something online.

SpeakerI would love to have someone who really knows about quartz and why that's 20 and why other quartz is like 100-plus, the quality difference between the well-blown German quartz versus, say, some... You know, cheaper, not pure form. It would be interesting to get maybe Brian from Dean in here talking about such things. Maybe I'll invite him in right now. Because, hey. It tastes the same, though, as like an alien piece for $120, so that's why I picked it up.

SpeakerSo I could do quarter grand. Yeah, that's an amazing price. I just had this one sent to me. It's very thick. Yeah. Well, see, that's why I'm worried about the longevity in this one, too, but at this price, if it breaks in three months, I'll just buy a new one. Yeah, for sure. But then again, if it breaks, then maybe there's some faults to it, or maybe there's some weaknesses in it, and I just wonder, quartz in particular.

SpeakerI guess if you're filtering through water, it's probably no problem. I guess the biggest worry with quartz is... I've already chipped it. Sorry. What's that? I said it's already... You've already chipped it? In a course of three weeks with... The duality carb cat, or whatever this is. Oh, wow.

SpeakerOh, yes. Well, we got 250 people in Hash Church this morning. I say hello to all of you from all over the world, wherever you may be. It's pretty cool. Such a growing congregation here at Hash Church. What else do you have to do on a Sunday? Well, I guess Sunday... Late afternoon to early evening for True and Ramon.

TrueYes. Time here is 6 o'clock in the evening here, so it's already been dark a couple hours. It seems like I'll get no daylight here at the moment.

SpeakerThat's because you don't wake up at 7 in the morning.

TrueDo you know what? I did go to bed late last night. I was watching UFC. Ah, yes.

SpeakerWe were puffing the 12 bong gauntlet.

SpeakerDid everyone manage it? Yeah, it was insane. It was really quite insane. All this glass. The little stack low was here. Not sure if you've seen those stack lows. Yeah, I've been looking at the pictures. What's that? I've been looking at all the pictures. It's just, yeah, it's ridiculous. It's a really great little piece, I have to admit. I was very impressed with it. Buddy was super stoked about his purchase.

SpeakerHe bought ten of them. And so he had, he sold nine of them and kept one. And I'm glad that he did because we were hitting it. And then he had a really nice dosa, this tiny little red dosa that was all uranium work. So the whole like, the whole mouthpiece glowed green and then the middle section of clear was all uranium and then the bottom was uranium.

SpeakerThe OFZ optimized flavor zone was all clear but Greenish, uranium, glowed, you know, glowed amazing under a black light. It was quite, we made a video, so it'll be up on the channel later today if I can get to editing.

TrueThe dose of the flab over 10 sedans, the first one I've ever seen up close and actually held and, wow, the thing just chugs so well. It was just such a beauty. It was just awesome. They feel so solid and the chug on them is just awesome. Such a nice piece.

SpeakerThat's beautiful. Another dozer.

SpeakerYeah, it's kind of ridiculous. The glass that he has, he's got the Alice in Wonderland punty.

TrueAwesome.

SpeakerThat's cool.

TrueI like that.

TrueYeah, I always see awesome ones of those around. That is sick. That's sick. I'm a big Alice in Wonderland.

SpeakerPretty ridiculous, eh? Flavin is glass. What a machine. I appreciate the glass. I can't wrap my head around it. I can't wrap my head around that this could be like $50,000 or $100,000.

SpeakerBut I can wrap my head around the fact that I really appreciate them and love the fact that they're functional. It's, I'll tell you, last night after hitting 12 plus bonds, it was good that it was getting towards the end because it was, you know, starting to have those little experiences where it was like, ooh, ooh, knock over a little carb cap or something or just like, oh, excuse me, oh.

TrueIt was so funny, whenever we were around any of these glass in Amsterdam, if anyone made any loud noise or if anything got dropped within like a hundred meter radius, everyone just froze and like hearts skipped a beat. It was very nerve-wracking.

SpeakerYeah. You should have heard yesterday when his little daughter grabbed a bowl off the table and pulled it onto the hardwood floors and it shattered. I looked around, because I was right there and I knew it was a bowl, but I looked around and the looks on everyone's faces... It's kind of like... Like, oh, what can it be? That's sinking season. Oh my goodness. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. Oh my goodness.

SpeakerI'll tell you, with the amount of snow that's outside, I'm having a hard time getting into the Hash Church conversation. I just want to go hit the pow pow...

TrueSo much fun. I've never snowboarded or anything, so getting out to Canada and doing that. Same corner. I got really cold, man. Nathan Cash is like a little punter, bro.

SpeakerDude, it's dumping. All night it dumped. Look at that. That's like 18 inches, 12 to 18 inches of snow on the banister. Can you guys see that good behind me?

TrueIn England, in England, if you get one-eighth of a millimeter... We just froze a country into turmoil. What's that? In England, if you get one-eighth of a millimeter, it froze a country into turmoil. So I don't know how to cope with that kind of snow.

SpeakerOh, well, here everyone's completely ready to not only cope with this type of snow, but to go out into it, and not just like on the road where it might be slippery, but off the road onto a backcountry trail up the mountain. And then once your truck's kind of stuck and you can't go any further, then you take the sled off the back and then just like, like two more hours up the mountain into the back country.

SpeakerAnd then that's where you spend the day.

SpeakerWe have some videos. We got some videos coming of still like the stuff that we've been doing. So I have the Coca-Cola tube park where we're ripping down the mountain on these little tubes, which was terrifying. We've got the snowmobile trip out into the Brandywine backcountry, and then we have the bobsled trip, plus we have the video getting emailed to us of our GoPro footage of the actual bobsled that I'll work into the video.

SpeakerIt's totally going to be a good video, man. I'm telling you.

TrueThe look of fear.

SpeakerYou stick on the bobsled? There's at least three coming. What's that?

TrueDid you manage to get your trippy stick on the bobsled?

SpeakerOh my God, dude, forget about it. I was laughing so hard in my head. Yeah, yeah. I was laughing in my head thinking of Aaron who was like, I'm going to hit the trippy stick in the bobsled. Dude, you ain't hitting shit. You ain't hitting shit on the bobsled, man. Let me tell you. We went around, I'd say, two corners where it was, Four Gs, bro. Four Gs.

SpeakerFour Gs. I was like a fighter pilot in this little rickety metal frame. Yeah. Going... No, worse than that, your body does crazy shit under Gs. And like, I'm almost 200 pounds, right? So it's like, I'm four times heavier... In four-time Gs, so I'm like 800 pounds. Yeah, it was almost 800 pounds. My body is like this, from sitting straight up and holding myself up as tight as I can like the Hulk.

SpeakerI went, meow, and Mark watched me sink like six inches into my chair. I can attest. I was right behind him, like literally so close behind him. I was watching him shrink, and it was unbelievable the size. The G-Force going around that track. And then, of course, if it's not cool enough that it's the largest or longest, steepest, fastest bobsled track in the world, it was also the teacher, the main guy, Pat, who took Flav, Matt, and Sarah down.

SpeakerHe was the guy that John Candy played in the movie The Runnings. The Runnings. So Cool Runnings, the Cool Runnings guy that John Candy played was the dude we were talking to and hanging out with. Did you know that? I thought he said our driver worked for Pizza Hut or something like that. We should have got a picture of that guy, dude. You know? I'm telling you.

SpeakerCan you imagine, like, you're about to go down the mountain with some driver you don't even know, and this other driver's like, oh yeah, you're... You work at Arby's. Your driver used to work for Pizza Hut as a delivery boy. No, Arby's he said. So Arby's. It was straight up. That's what the teacher said to us right before we were about to get into our bobsled. The guy, the John Candy guy goes, yeah, your driver used to work at Arby's.

SpeakerWe're just like. As a delivery boy, so you're not going to get there fast. In the meantime, we took it. We took the gold. Another goal. .2 of a second, 200th of a second. The streak continues.

TrueWell, you see what the other guys did to the Jamaican team, so it was never going to be a first place for those guys.

SpeakerWe've got to get you in here, dude. We're all going to be squeezed in on one camera. So we're at this sliding center, and they've got videos from 1932, a fool's in a four-man bobsled, no hat, no helmets. Like, with a janky old steering wheel on the front of this thing, I mean, like, exit only, because you're just like, if something happens, you're like 5, 6, 7, maybe 30 feet.

SpeakerIt's like, whew. No, no, for real. It's like, man, I would not, like. I thought ours was janky, but that video was frightening. It's amazing what people did in, like, 80 to 100 years ago. Like, the way they did stuff. Dangerous. Dangerous. Oh, my God. Cars don't need suspensions.

SpeakerYeah, I agree. I'll tell you this much, that bobsledding, you get butterflies in your stomach before you go down. They warn you all sorts of ways. There's a huge warning that says if... There's a chicken outline. Yeah, there's a chicken outline. There's a tap, like an uncle button that you can just be like, uncle, uncle. And then they'll give you a hot chocolate and a pair of panties and hold your hand and walk you back down the mountain.

SpeakerIt's like an official sliding center pair of panties that you get if you don't go. All right, so tell the truth. Under those G-shorts, how loose in the P in the bowels do you get? When you're just trying to hold on to your soul under that pressure, do you feel like, you know, yeah, loose? There's no... No, there's no loose, man. There's only puckered, puckered, and more puckered.

SpeakerYeah, but that butterfly, I know, I've been in those situations where I'm like, I'm holding on so tight, but I don't know the state of my underwear. I just don't have any data coming back from the rest of my body, and I'm scared, and I hope. Yeah, I mean, listen, they tell you you've got to sit in this thing and scoot up to the person in front of you or whatnot.

SpeakerLike, all I know is I hurt Mark's hands pretty bad when I put my elbows down on his arms. I was like, I'm not going anywhere. And I'm digging into his poor little hands. Yeah, my hands are like beside him in front of him grabbing these cables so they're like this. But he thinks they're like, you know... So, little rests that he can kind of lift up his body with the weight of his body on his elbows, and his elbows are right on the corners of each of my hands.

SpeakerI can feel it today, totally, like, oh, man, that got me good. So, after all those years of no-homobiling, did you guys essentially become one? Yeah, well, technically, I was in front of Mark, okay? And in front of me... Was this cute little five foot three bunny who worked on the mountain. True story. So what does that mean? I was at the back experiencing the most G's.

SpeakerSo I was just trying to hold on and not be taken out of the sled at 126 kilometers an hour.

SpeakerWhich I believe is somewhere around the vicinity. It was 75 or 76 miles per hour that we went down this track, tucked into this bobsled. Dude, I'm telling you, it is, without a shadow of a doubt, psychotic. It's absolutely psychotic that they allowed the public to do that. And I implore all of you to go do it. Don't be pussies. And, and, if you go down the bobsled...

SpeakerThen they give you a coupon for $100 off for the skeleton, which is a tiny little sled that you go head first down. So that one is $69 with the $100 off coupon. So, I mean, you kind of got to do it.

SpeakerWe should go up there today and just do the skeleton. Head first. GoPro. With your chin along the ice. As you're scraping it. Yeah, the girl told me all the helmets have these weird chin straps that are like shaved down. And I'm like, what's up with that? And she's like, well, when you come around the final turn, it doesn't matter how strong you are. The G's are so strong that they push your head down onto the ice.

SpeakerAnd then you just slide on your face and on the thing and it kind of slows you down. Because the only way to slow yourself down on a skeleton, if you don't know this already, is to drag your foot, which doesn't seem like a great break when you're going over 100K. You don't have a foot. You just have a soft blob that you're trying to talk to.

SpeakerWell, you can also stop with your face, if it seems, grinding off your helmet. No skeleton. Right? No skeleton for me. But, you know, no Niagara Falls for me either in a barrel.

SpeakerI think you should come bobsledding, absolutely. I think that the amount of fun that we had up here just in the last six days, and we live right here, it has been unbelievable. And you guys can try to beat our time. I got Flav considering a snowmobile over the next glass pipe that he buys. How huge is that? I thought it was a cello glass pipe. It might even be a cello glass pipe over the snowmobile.

SpeakerYou never know. It would be nice if it snowed enough that you could ride them into Vancouver, into the CCHQ, if it just totally snowed out. You had to. Dude, that would be unbelievable. I would be so into that. Dude, I'd be going over the bridge and just being like, maybe stop on the Lionsgate Bridge, right? Kind of just pull over to the side and be like, I'm going to just stop and have a little session here on the bridge.

SpeakerAre you sure? Because with the snow, the guardrail is starting to get closer and closer to your feet. You know, you're going to have teeth for the powder. You could go over.

SpeakerWell, that would be frightening. I just thought about it. I'm like, wow, that is frightening, going over that fucking bridge on a snowmobile. For those of you that don't know about this bridge, I will turn you on to what bridge it is. I believe it was Final Destination 4. You think I'm right on that, Horatio? Where they're on the bridge and the bridge breaks in the middle?

SpeakerI'm terrified. I watched that footage as a child. So bridges that do this, already I'm out of the conversation. I turned my hat low. But it was one of the final destinations. Yeah, so that's the Lionsgate Bridge and the final destination where it's like all the cables are snapping and taking people out and the huge chunks are falling into the ocean below. That's the bridge we're talking about.

SpeakerIt's the Lionsgate Bridge. And it is a doozy. What are you saying over there, Aaron? I'm saying, don't ride your sweat over the Golden Gate Bridge. It is our Golden Gate Bridge, really. That's what the Lionsgate is. But it would probably be pretty dope to just do laps around it. Nobody else is on it. Choo-choo. Choo-choo. Oh my goodness. You could be Ghost Rider of Canada. So, sometimes we like to give the people at Hash Church like some golden nuggets.

SpeakerSo you should try and think of a golden nugget or two. That you would like to pass on during the next hour of Hash Church. Whether it's like some cool way that you're like, oh, a simple way to aerate your teas before you feed your soils, or a simple way to, I don't know, you know, you don't have to answer on the spot. You're welcome to if you want to, but.

SpeakerJust give them a golden nugget. Just give them a golden nugget. We like to give them golden nuggets. That's why we talk about a lot of hash making. Wet washing, which is something I'm going to get back into here in the near future. I've got a decent amount of buds stocked up in my freezer. I'm sure John has a freezer full as well. I have too much in my freezer.

SpeakerExcellent. Well, I want to start making some bubble videos again and maybe a bubble box video because a lot of people ask me to do that. How about a cleaning video? A bubble machine. We're taking it apart. Can we do that? Yeah, that's a great idea. Yeah, absolutely. Things like that are really the things that I want to get back. Bubble. I want to get back into bubble and really focus on that sort of wet washing techniques.

SpeakerI guess really once I've done it enough times I'll be able to just get back into that flow because I really have been dry sifting pretty solid for the last six months plus. We do love dry sifting. Oh yeah, dry sifting's great. But I have to say, after smoking all this water hash that Matt brought, it's, I've said it before and I'll say it again, there's just, it's no slouch.

SpeakerYou know, when you've got the quality water hash that's like, you know, really, really good, it's just as good, I take it off as often as, I mean, smell that Afghani. I just smoked it. Did you? Dude, smell it though. That is the smell of the Romulan from like the mid to late 90s here in Vancouver. That piney sort of... Yeah, I totally smell that piney-ness. Right?

SpeakerMan, it's crazy. Unbelievable. It's neat to find a long-lost terpene profile. Soon we'll have our abilities to... The golden nugget. The golden nugget. Always go by your taste buds and smell it. I think that's a good idea. Always. Taste buds and smell. So when you say taste buds, do you like to pull off a leaf and like chew it up a little bit and see how spicy it is in your mouth?

SpeakerAre you talking about the aroma? Aroma, the aroma of the flower before it comes down. Yeah, of course, that's the smell. Good way to judge that is like... Bump into it? Barely rub your finger on the leaf and then put it on your mustache. Good leaf here, man. Can you have a mustache? If not, can they just put it on their upper leaf? They could, but it won't last as long.

SpeakerYeah, no doubt. A little mustache oil. Oh, man, it's like aromatherapy all day. You're like, someone's got tangy. You realize, oh, that was you that rubbed your hand on some tangy and put it on your mustache. The tangy stache. I like it. True can do that shit. He's got a little beard now. True can rock it out. He's a veterano. Yeah, see, there you go. Oh, there we go, Darren.

SpeakerYou can put some turkerella right there. Welcome, Darren. I think Darren could do it 100%. Look at Darren. Darren, you could do the golden nugget that Aaron just gave is rub your plants a little bit and rub it on your mustache so you have aromatherapy all day.

DarrenMasturbate in your grow room. Masturbate in your grow room.

SpeakerHow about some truths? Like, I've peed in many reservoirs over the years. And I think urea for the plant is not a bad thing. A little urea for the plant. Yeah. You heard it here on Hash Church. Aaron has pissed in many a reservoir. Maybe he's pissed in yours. But he's for sure smoked some of them.

DarrenNice. All different? Has it made it smell better or worse? Have you noticed?

SpeakerYou know, I thought it was just like a little bit of Super Thrive, to be honest. A little Super Thrive? Yeah, my piss is like Super Thrive. That's the way I look at it. All right, you can bottle that shit up and sell it.

DarrenNo, I don't want it. It's not a bottling factory.

SpeakerIt's not a bottling factory.

DarrenBear Grylls drinks it all day.

SpeakerBear Grylls, that's right. I think he has a little thing you can buy, you know, that you can collect in it. The Bear's Grilled Pea Cup. The Bear's Grilled Pea Cup. What is it, like to separate the water out? Yes. I met some beer drinkers years ago. It threw me off a bit.

DarrenYou got to piss into your sock and strain it into your cup.

SpeakerDude, I'll never forget in my life watching a dude in northern Switzerland, in Valhusen, pissing into a jar and kind of trying not to look like that dude's pissing into a mason jar. And then the piss got so high that he was fucking actually dipping into his own piss. And then he drank that shit. And I tell you, Gypsy Nirvana, who was there... Ended up getting into a huge fight with this guy and we got kicked out of the farmhouse because Gypsy just couldn't handle that this guy was drinking his piss.

SpeakerHe was like, you kiss your mom with that mouth and doing all these hilarious British fucking, you know, metaphoric comments that were just, can't make that shit up, dude. Yeah, I knew this demon, Billy from, trying to think, he might be in jail right now or out of jail. Yeah. It's from Aptis. Aptis. Aptis Nutrients. It's a cat. It's a very English cat. Okay. And there was a cup in Argentina that never happened.

SpeakerAnd everybody got ripped off. And people spent thousands of dollars with the merchandise. And you have to pay thousands of dollars in taxes to get your shit out of customs. And it's a pain in the ass. And then there's no cup. It was too big. The guy's trying to have it. The guy who's putting on the event is trying to have a conversation with everybody. You know?

SpeakerAnd like, you know, like the auditorium or something. And Billy just don't, he's spot drunk and he just goes up on stage butt naked. Holy shit. Oh my god. Probably would drink piss too. Oh my god. Jesus, that dude sounds familiar. We might be talking about the same dude. I'll never forget this dude because later on that day, When we were like getting kicked out and I was on my way out and the guy wasn't really mad at me because I wasn't tripping on him for drinking his piss.

SpeakerIt was just tripping me out. Gypsy was the one that just absolutely could not fucking handle it and had to get into a fight after two bottles of his champagne that he used to like to drink back in the day there. So he was tipsy? I'd say he was a little just past tipsy. That's what tipsy gypsy. Tipsy gypsy, yeah. So. We're thinking about you nonetheless here, Gypsy.

SpeakerSucks that you are where you are, and I hope that you get out soon. America would have just been five to eight years. It's true. Don't get stuck in, where is he, in Manila? In the psycho ward. No. How do we know he's in the psycho ward? Because he went absolutely crazy, bro. Bonkers. When they tried to arrest him to bring him back here. Oh, really? Yep.

SpeakerI thought they didn't have an extradition warrant. I heard they did. Oh, really? Well, that's frightening. Many stories either way. Still, it's insane for us to sit here and say it's only five to eight years because that is completely fucking unreasonable. Any time is bad. That's what I'm saying.

DarrenNo one should be in jail. It would just really suck.

SpeakerYeah, yeah. It's doable, but you're right, Darren. It would just suck. I mean, come on, that's unreasonable. And how about a quick and easy... Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday, Tony V. Happy birthday. I'm 25 today.

SpeakerThere's no fucking way. Yes, there is. My friend Zach Walsh, who I knew from Winnipeg back in the day, Was absolutely had the same hairline when he was 25. Maybe even like 19. Well, that's fucking awesome, dude. It's good to see you in Hash Church. Yeah, thanks for having me. Hold on a second. I got it on my big screen TV, so I can't. Pound him out wireless.

SpeakerDon't leave him hanging. He left you hanging. You were like, oh. Pound it out wireless. There you guys go. Boom. Sorry I didn't call you as soon as I landed, Aaron. It's all good. I spoke with Ernie. My phone died when I landed and I went to Illusion Glass for the party. All good. They had Joe Peters. Nice. And Darby was there.

SpeakerAnd Nate Myers.

SpeakerDamn. And you're not just talking about the glass. They were there, yeah. They were all collabing. Alex, Adam G., Joe Peters, and Darby. I mean, everybody was there. It was a good party. We kind of have our own glass parties. Yeah, I noticed. I saw that. I was getting jealous. It seems like the mothership designs are getting, I don't know, more colored and frosted based on the ones that Flav and everybody has.

SpeakerI'm more into the really intricate scientific style. The one you guys always take pictures of with the egg with the fine lines, still my favorite. Yeah, that fine line egg. I'm pretty sure. Oh, right, this one, Amy? Yeah. It's so beautiful. Yeah, this one's ridiculous, dude. We've been puffing out of this thing for six days straight. We just put the honey bucket in. We had the deep nail in it with the drop down, which is now over there in the JP Toro.

SpeakerThis is the hands down the most expensive one I've ever had.

SpeakerOkay, all week. All week, yeah. I'm like a champ. I'm about to take another hit. Hands down, most expensive. We're just holding on to such a great thing. For real. I hope he gets gone or comes back and shares the camera with us. The other one that I like is the little green one. The one that's clear with green. Those two are like my favorite, I think, on the planner right now.

SpeakerThey're just so, so good. You're not talking about this one, are you? No, no, no, that one's really, the dosha, that one's really good too. That one's sweet. I'm talking about the one that Dave had, it's like the little, it's the mothership that has like the little, the little, the little, the FTK. Yeah, FTK.

SpeakerThat thing's insane. Aaron, Aaron, you look like you've been hanging out with Bubble Man for like a good solid week. You just look completely hashed out. Wake and bake. Like really hashed out. Hey, bro, every day I'm going strong. He is every day. I'm just staying awake in the Congo. If you smoke the Congo, it's early bedtimes. Guaranteed.

SpeakerThat's how I look after about five days of hanging out too. The Congo 90. When are we going to be hanging out, Tom? When am I going to see you? When am I going to see you? I'm coming out to see you in February. Yeah, I mean, I don't know. I may have a little snow addiction. I'm going to have to find someone in Colorado who's got some sweat.

SpeakerI'm telling you, dude, that's what I'm talking about. It's wintertime out here. It's wintertime.

SpeakerSnow everywhere. Did you see the snow behind us, bro?

SpeakerOh my goodness. How many inches is that? Did you have like two feet? Yeah, probably two or three inches of snow. It looks a little bit more like two or three where you're at.

SpeakerTwo or three what? Looks more like a foot of snow where you're at. Well, yeah, there is like a... That's actually an accumulation. A little bit of an accumulation, yeah. The trees definitely have gotten stacked overnight. Can you tell from your avalanche training how... When it snowed, where the fresh snow started? What you can tell in avalanche training that one of the things that's important is you look at the snow in the trees.

SpeakerBecause throughout the day, like if we went out early in the morning and then we started hiking and hiking, you didn't really realize maybe that it was getting warmer out. One of the ways, you're watching this snow start falling on top of me, and it's like, okay, the snow, it's changing. It's getting, it's settling. So it's just, you put your pants under those little things. Always a good idea to take avalanche training if you want to play in the backcountry, I'll tell you that much.

SpeakerAnd I think Aaron might be a new addict to the backcountry after we did the... Let's see, we've done the... Downhill Coca-Cola tube park with tubes ripping 100 kilometers an hour and blowing off of a hump and thinking you're going to shatter your spine on the ice. But we did... Well, Aaron kind of did it. He's okay now, I think. I'm not. I'm not okay. I'm not okay.

SpeakerAnd then we did bobsledding. You did bobsledding? Dude, Tony, you have no idea. We were Olympians, bro. We were marking on the Olympic bobsledding. Actually, we meant to tell you, Tony, you can make the UCAN announcement. DNA took gold at the Olympic track in Whistler. First place out of 13 sleds. They didn't enter the Tangy.

SpeakerI was in the sled, but don't want to be mentioned.

TrueIs it true that Aaron actually had Tangi in his pocket, and that's why he came first?

SpeakerThe big shot.

TrueWhat's that true? Oh, my big shot just got tagged. Did Aaron have Tangi in his pocket, and that's why they came first?

SpeakerYeah, it's true. There was Tangi in his pocket. That's probably why he came in first.

SpeakerAngie in the pocket. Then come sit here with us. I'm going to have some different guests stopping by today. Oh yeah? Yeah, I've got Jibs and I've got Ken stopping by.

SpeakerAnd then I've got my friend Hallie and my friend Holly. Say hi. Say hi. I want to say what up to Fly High Club on YouTube. Fly High Club. Taking a rip at you and... Okay, we're going to push this back further. What's up, bro? Hey, Tony. How you doing? Happy birthday, bro. Thank you, man. How you doing? Happy New Year's to everybody.

SpeakerThis is the shout-out hour. Shout-out to my boy, Clint, down in Vancouver. Shout-out to our Amsterdam staff. Shout-out to the Hemp Boys in Manitoba. Shout-out to Dog in Aruba. Definitely a shout-out to Dog in Aruba. How about a shout-out to KFI Freedom? Oh, yeah.

SpeakerPick our Instagram for the face slap. Actually, we've got to do more shout-outs to Jamaica. We've got to shout-out Prophecy. We've got to shout-out Richie Spice and Tessie Royal. We've got to shout-out Fligo, Claude, and Ashley. And, geez, I mean, so many. Prezzy, there's so many to remember. All of you guys, shout-out. Wish I was there.

SpeakerI think you might be. Let's try meeting Dan. Dan? No, I bet it's coming through. I think it's a birthday. No, it's not.

SpeakerI think we found it.

SpeakerWhat do you think?

SpeakerI had a good conversation piece to start with you and I forgot what the topic was.

SpeakerStorm. Storm.

SpeakerFirst thing in the morning, right? Let me get back on track here and get some, get like 400 or 500 milligrams in my bloodstream. I'll remember what it was. Tony, is there anything that Aaron told you about rubbing terpenes pretty much after you have some deep birthday after you pour the whole bottle on you and everybody rubs you and pushes you like mistletoe? Oh, I got like Like half that conversation, it came up garbled.

SpeakerAll I heard was my head, my hair, mistletoe, and somebody talking about my hair. I have lack of hair, but I'm glad to take any kind of mistletoe offerings that you want. I was asking you if you were going to use them on yourself. Put what on myself? Terps. Terps on my head? Terps on my scalp? The whole rub down. I haven't put a rub down yet.

SpeakerIt's a pretty strong smell. It's a pretty strong smell. Oh, I know what I was going to ask. You just reminded me. There was something in the news about...

SpeakerUsing limonene as an extraction or something to do with cigarettes in the news. Did you see that? No, not yet. It was like a solvent. It was like using terpene. Oh, man, it was weird. I'm not sure if it was real, but it was something to do with the cigarette companies. Have they found out something? Like inside like marble is like a terpene delimonene or like a...

SpeakerI don't know, it was strange. It was like a terpene found in a cigarette. So they spiked? Yeah. Yeah. Something weird. But... Yeah, I'm going to do that. Dab. Yeah, it's a birthday dab. Man, I miss you guys, though. I know, dude, it's crazy. It's been a good long time. It's been a long time. There's going to be some exciting things coming up, though.

SpeakerSome real exciting things coming up. Yes, yes. 2015 has a lot of potential. This is the original peyote pillar. I think Vlad would like that. See it? Old school style. There it is. Oh yeah, look at that. Look at that. One second. Let's see, maybe my airplay's causing problems. What'd you say now?

DarrenGrab or move something.

SpeakerIt's coming through something. It's coming through something. It's either Darren or Tony. I'll mute myself.

SpeakerSomeone talk.

SpeakerTesting, testing. Check, check. Check, check. Check, check. I think it's Darren.

DarrenI've been muted the whole time.

SpeakerYeah, it's not you. Erasure. Mute check. One, two. I think I'm going to add some turps to this, just a little. A little bit. It's all I got left.

SpeakerNice. And what's that? What's that? It's the last of what I have of the lemon.

SpeakerAh, the lemon. Here we go. Here we go. Cheerio, little boy. Yeah, that stuff smells.

SpeakerSo there's a hash art.

SpeakerThis competition here in Denver coming up in February. I love it. I love it. Yeah. It's like a 3D hash art. It's pretty big. We're doing one in January. Hashmation. I've always had a dream of doing a Hashmation film.

SpeakerA Hashmation film. Imagine, you know, like Playmation but with all little Hash characters. That would be just awesome. With a script and the whole nine yards. Yeah. That would definitely be good. Everyone could be a character.

SpeakerEveryone could be in charge of creating their own little Hash character. Right? Totally. Although I'll tell you, I think you'd want to go to university and get... Get the claymation students that are working on... That actually can do it. That are doing video. And just be like, hey, you want to work with some hash? I bet you the guy that put that video together for you would actually do that kind of editing.

SpeakerYeah, possibly. Tony's going big, not small. Oh, he's going really big. Tony's going... Tony thinks that's a small hit. He comes to Jamaica and we're like, oh, we've got to preserve. We just have a little bit. And then he pulls out a dab like that. It's just like, dude... If it doesn't feel... The bowl is just not big enough. Yeah, true enough. Well, with that said, I think I'm going to grab a little Warlock.

SpeakerIt's a hidden barb one. And hit a bowl. No, no, Barb's long one. You asked it last night, too. Oh, yeah, that's right. I did. Sweet's gonna do this. That's our one empty one. We can just do this.

SpeakerOh, no, now there's two. Nice.

DarrenI'm going to do a fog rip with you, and then I'm going to head inside and try to get on my laptop with you.

SpeakerOne more rip, and I'll head inside and try to get on my laptop.

DarrenAll right, I'll take a rip with you, Dan.

SpeakerI'm ripping here, too, with you, buddy. I got to get it. There we go.

SpeakerAnd once again, the torch. There's the torch. Let's get this bad boy going. And have a rip with D. I'm doing the torch thing, D, but I'm a little behind.

DarrenI'll do another one. No problem, buddy.

DarrenI'll take a piece of this little chunk of hash that looked like the little Motorola picture in the Instagram last year. This is cured on me.

SpeakerAll right. All right.

SpeakerWell, the rest of you.

SpeakerI've got to go back inside, D?

DarrenYeah, I'll jump on the computer in there. See you in a few minutes.

SpeakerSee you in a few. Excuse me. Well, we've got 300 people in Hash Church right now. Maybe I'll check out the YouTube part of the chat.

SpeakerLet's see what people are saying.

SpeakerAll right, let's see what we got going on here. Any questions? Oh, yeah, right. We didn't send out positive smoke signals to the Vatican. I don't think we... We just want to send positive smoke signals to the Vatican. Do you go Kusin? Peace, Beantown.

SpeakerYeah, I think if we all just... Mute our mics when we're not talking. Right now, Tony's mic's not muted. So if I mute his mic, you can hear there's no more echo. I think it was between me, Tony, and Darren, we had an echo going. So only one of us is able to have our mic unmuted at a time. So we just have to practice that and we'll be fine.

SpeakerI muted you, Tony, so when you want to talk again, just unmute yourself.

SpeakerDouble Dutch and Chronic.

SpeakerYo Tony.

SpeakerI can't even keep up with the, yeah, it is a really broad term, but people are just basically saying fuck GMO cannabis, GMO cannabis is a bad thing. And I don't know, I can't even keep up with them and I'm not really interested in kind of going on about it again with a limited mindset where some of these people literally think GMO when you say the word genome.

SpeakerThat's literally how you know what I'm saying? I might be able to help clarify a couple things. Some people need Definition, you still there? Yes, yes. So humans, we are all GMO, genetically modified organizm. When your mom and your dad had you, you are now slightly genetically modified as that's the definition of it. And so what people have to understand is there's genetically modified GMO chemically. So what like a company like Monsanto did was they took an insect and And they found out how to repel it, and they put a chemical genetic mutation in their plant that rejected the, that warded off those insects, just like an insect repellent.

SpeakerAnd in doing so, you can do that, it's been done in all kinds of foods, not that I'm a proponent of it, I'm not, I eat, paleo diet is what I do, so it's gluten free, no sugars, no process, no There's no hormone-based meats and no flours, no corns, no soys, nothing GMO'd. It's the same type of program I put cancer patients on. But as far as plants though, you can actually do, they do chemically, genetically modify plants.

SpeakerAnd there's ways that when they do that, they leave Little markers in the plants and little traits in the plants that are not good for us. So there's ways to take plants and do different sequencing and have markers in them. So like if you're trying to breed the best bananas or the best tomatoes and you were breeding 100,000 tomatoes and you wanted to have a tomato plant that has say eight perfect tomatoes at this particular size, you can get to that through natural selection and breeding.

SpeakerThat's why we respect Dave Watson, Robert Clark, guys like this that would grow from seed, select out hundreds of thousands of different strains and slowly break it down and go through different environmental conditions and tests to get it down to one strain. They do that with tomatoes. So the tomato that 80% and 90% of the world that they eat has actually been naturally selected through sequencing And so that way they produce this many tomatoes with this much yield.

SpeakerThere's nothing really wrong with that. That's selective breeding. What's wrong is when you do GMO and you chemically alter the plants and that creates a genetic mutation in the plant that is stagnant and it carries through into humans. So that's a no-no in my book. And people that I don't even really know what GMO cannabis would be, but it would have to be someone doing something chemically to it to alter it, or it would have to be somebody doing something genetically to, like, say, hybrid it with broccoli, you know, something like this.

SpeakerSo the concept of GMO weed just doesn't exist. I don't know anyone doing it. I don't even know how to do it. I don't even know how to begin with it. I don't have any GMOs at all in my life. I'm GMO free. That's why the Prana line is all GMO free. It doesn't even use ethanol or glycerin. It doesn't use alcohol. It's chemical free. But it takes a while for people to understand that.

SpeakerI don't know if you heard all that. Okay, so we have a question. What about the hemp that's being grown that's gene-multiple and now that people are crossing hemp, what do you think about the strength now? Because hemp is genetically modified to have lower T, low T, and more of a holding. So I'm kind of curious. So was the hemp... Selectively chosen? So there's like somebody going out with strips and testing for THC and then pulling the ones that have THC through natural selection, which is what I'm talking about.

SpeakerSo is that plant naturally selected through? Or did somebody take the seeds and soak them in chemicals? Or did they chemically change the genetic structure of the plant? Or did they actually breed it out and sequence it out? I would have to find out more information about that, but I do know that it's spread. I'm sure a lot of you are hearing increase for... For all the hemp strains that are in Manitoba and stuff like that, I was kind of really paying attention to them and listening to what he was saying and how they've been trying to get rid of the THC and how they've been modifying a lot of these strains.

SpeakerAnd that's why they, I mean, they're selective breeding over years. And by the sounds of it, while they were talking, these are... Basically genetically modifying hemp so it produces exactly what they're looking for. He was talking about the new one that they've now created holds more seed and holds better and he was showing me how he's hitting it against his hand and it wasn't releasing so they were changing it in a way.

SpeakerSo now I'm curious about that because now with the new hype on CBD, people are taking cannabis strains, crossing them into hemp strains and are those hemp strains are patent because those are patent strains and are they modified?

SpeakerOkay, lots of information. Lots of information there. Good stuff, in my opinion. But I think, like I said, it comes down to first educating yourself. So the term GMO is used loosely, and it has to be observed, and it has to be studied in each case. So in that particular case, if they are doing, let's say, what is selection, and they're coming back and they're like, oh my God, out of these 100,000 hemp plants, we found that 10 of these We're going to breed with those.

SpeakerThat's natural. That's okay. If they're, in fact, doing something with, say, the stem cells or doing something that is changing the genetic markers and then leaving a footprint behind that causes harm, that's an unknown variable and probably shouldn't be on the market, in my opinion, because if they're doing something chemically to the genetics, Then that's what I call a chemically modified GMO, like a GMO chem. And so that's where the bad part is.

SpeakerI mean, if you understand the definition of GMO, we are genetically modified organizms. So it's just used, I think, a little poorly in the way it's being thrown around. So I'm not really sure on that particular case with the guys that you're talking about, But with hemp, I think that you have so much selection that you wouldn't have to do anything chemically. You just need to do your job and work.

SpeakerYou don't plant more seeds. I don't know what that is.

SpeakerIt sounds like a vacuum at your place, no?

SpeakerIt was at Michael's place.

SpeakerYou still there? Sorry, I'm muted. Michael M. S. Gensman. Who do we have in the chat?

SpeakerI just popped on and heard there were some noises, so I muted. Is that, that was me then, huh? It was you, yeah. What's going on? How did we get, how did you get invited in? You invited me. This is Moshe. Oh, how's it going, dude? I couldn't even see you. You look like you're like the guy who narked out his neighbors for having a methamphetamine lab and you're like on the fucking, what was that show, 60 Minutes or something, you know, with the voice all muted.

SpeakerWell, first time I saw Bob was at a barbecue. Am I visible at the moment? Or is it just that nothing really mattress picture? No, you're kind of like, yeah, yeah, yeah. I can't see myself. I tried a really goofy setup, and I can't see what's wrong. You're just a mattress. I was looking at MS Bluesman, who seems to be just, I don't know, you know, there you are now.

SpeakerWow, trippy. This is moving slow for me. My computer's acting up a little bit. Is that Dr. David Allen? That is Dr. David Allen. You're muted right now. Nice to have you in, Dr. Allen. I actually sent him the link, Mark. Excellent. Well, he just needs to unmute his mic when he wants to talk, and how he can do that is by putting the mouse up to the top of the screen.

SpeakerYou might have to click on the screen to engage it, and it'll show you a little list of icons, and the mic is the second one from the left. And if you push that, we'll be able to hear you. If you have a problem and you can't get your mic working, you can hit the little chat icon at the top left, which is a blue square, and it will open a chat up on the right.

SpeakerThere we go.

SpeakerAnyway, Tony, Dr. David Allen, who's just in the room as MS Bluesman, is one of the gentlemen I wanted to introduce to you and the guys at UCAN. He specializes in the endocannabinoid system and was an MD medical doctor down in the U.S. How's it going? Nice to meet you. I think he's trying to get his mic working, but it's muted right now, so we can't hear him.

SpeakerWe've got to push that mic down. Hey wait, maybe I can unmute him. Wouldn't that be cool?

SpeakerWe need a lot more people like him.

SpeakerYeah, absolutely. He's definitely, I had him on Bubble Man's World one time, and he's got a wealth of information. He's really the one that told me about the aspects of phytochemical. He was really excited about it. About how it could prevent diabetes at an older age. I agree. That's why what I've been stressing about with the whole Prana line on the P1, 2, and 3 all being preserved in the raw state, in its inactive state.

SpeakerSo it's capturing. So one would have to juice a whole bunch from a plant. Or get high concentrations of all of those raws and inactive and acid forms of cannabinoids and keeping them preserved. And so those are those healthy preventative dosages that I also subscribe to in upcoming research. I think a lot of people are going to find that there's tons of beneficials and preventative therapeutics that the plant will offer when studying micro dosages Thank you.

SpeakerSorry about that. We're just gearing up for a potential move. I've been hogging the kitchen from all the kids and wives and stuff for the last almost two hours. So we will probably move my computer. It won't affect anyone. Just as I find a room, I'll move into it. So that may happen at one point here.

SpeakerThe best way to put it into layman's terms, this is actually phytocannabinoids. And when we talk about water hash and cold process, there's nothing been aged or heated in this process until it hits this. And then this goes from non-active to activated. Are you about to decarbonize? Yeah. On my birthday. Hit that birthday down. It sucks that I'm echoing so bad.

SpeakerWhy didn't that time? Weird.

SpeakerI want to help David Allen fixed his mic so he can unmute it and talk. Because it shows that his mic is muted and it would be really great if we could hear him chat.

SpeakerSometimes you have to close all your browsers up and come back into the chat. Try pushing your volume up on your own computer as well. Your volume might be way louder. But doesn't it show his... that he's got his mic in you? No. He's just going to sign back on. Cool. So I look forward... By the way, I look forward to Hash Church each week, just so you know.

SpeakerAnd if I miss them, it's only because I absolutely couldn't make it or something happened, you know? Totally. It's the one time in the week because pretty much... The rest of the week is pretty packed these days. So I find myself not being able to smoke hash as much. And I've been using more of the drops throughout the day and things like that just because I've got a lot of shit going on.

SpeakerBut the Sunday is kind of my salvation. And so it works out really good because my girlfriend rides her horse on Sundays. So I'm like, oh, perfect. I have my hash church.

SpeakerI'll do a rip to that. Hey, Tony, when you're not talking, can you mute your mic? I think then we'll eliminate this little bit of reverberation we're getting. I'll do the same thing.

DarrenWelcome back, David. I'm not going to do it. I'm leaving it unmuted.

SpeakerIt used to be different. I appreciate that.

SpeakerHey, welcome, Jen.

Jenn DoeHi, good morning.

SpeakerDude, stuff looks different. Where's the painting?

Jenn DoeOh, I took it down because it was getting ruined. I need to find a frame for it.

SpeakerA tricone one?

Jenn DoeYeah.

SpeakerNice. Well, welcome. Welcome to Hash Church. It's Tony's birthday today. Happy birthday, Tony. Happy birthday, Tony.

SpeakerAm I audible? Who just said that? I heard someone say, am I audible? I'm back. The mattress has become a person. It's headed at your Moshe again. Oh, hey. Hey, Moshe. Welcome back. And my birthday is tomorrow, so rock on, Tony. Nice.

DarrenHappy birthday to you.

SpeakerHappy birthday to both of you. And happy birthday to all the millions of people that are celebrating birthdays today.

SpeakerThat'd be an interesting website to set up where you get people to register and sign in their birthday and then it's like the Facebook of birthdays that you can just see how many people have your birthday.

DarrenThat's an app. Of course it is. Right there.

SpeakerAnd if you don't make it, somebody's going to steal it, but we know where it came from. Yeah. As long as... As long as you guys accept my 70 grand. He ripped me off.

DarrenWe all want a cut too. Oh my gosh.

SpeakerLet me go. AJ.

SpeakerMichael, Jen, Darren, Horatio, Tony. I was dumping outside. You guys want to see some outside? We're still in Whistler. Here, let me show you a little bit.

SpeakerThis character. Still in the whiz.

Jenn DoeOh my goodness.

SpeakerOh, look at this room.

SpeakerCan you guys kind of see it's wintry?

Jenn DoeA little wintry, yeah. Beautiful.

SpeakerWhistler winter. Oh, dude, we got a foot and a half of snowfall. Holy shit.

Jenn DoeI like the snow from a distance. I love to be in the snow.

SpeakerOnce you get used to not being cold in the snow, you can really enjoy it because it's fun. What did you say? I know, we want to go pow pow. Like, we should be A, getting ready to go up the mountain right now, or B, just jumping in my sled. You can operate the brake. And Marley's sitting down. And Marley's sitting down as we're side-hilling.

Jenn DoeHow did you end up GoPro-ing your adventure down the... What was that called?

SpeakerOh, the bobsled. I did not bobsled GoPro personally, but they had two cameras attached to the sled, the bobsled, one in the front and one in the back, one pointing backwards, one pointing forward, and we got the videos. We're waiting for the link right now, and once we get that, it'll be edited into...

SpeakerIt'll be edited into the video that I'm going to do of kind of us puffing and gearing up to go do this and then driving there and going in and kind of... I recorded a lot of it, actually, so it's shareable.

Jenn DoeWas it everything you expected?

SpeakerIt was more than everything I expected. For instance, it was terrifying and it was violent and it was an unforgettable memory for 40 seconds. And then it really, like the pinnacle of it all was that Aaron was in the winning toboggan, so we were joking that DNA took another gold.

Jenn DoeAh, nice. Congratulations, Aaron.

SpeakerYeah, out of 13 sleds.

Jenn DoeOut of 13? Wow, good job.

SpeakerYeah, Revy's awesome. I was asking about Revy. It's all because of Mark we won. He pushed us really fast. He's really fast. Yeah, it was really like, come on, come on. I pushed nothing.

SpeakerNo lake. No lake here. I have a house near the ocean. It's the Pacific Ocean. There's killer whales and dolphins in it. That's how you know it's not a lake. When you see a giant blue whale come up out of the water and smash onto the

SpeakerWho's going against 600 people?

SpeakerYeah, it's in the sound. I guess that's what they call it up here. You guys have the Puget Sound just down there, right, Jen? Probably a couple of other ones.

Jenn DoeYeah. I'm not 100% sure what's here.

SpeakerThat's awesome. You're new there.

Jenn DoeIsh, yeah. We don't have anything like that in Utah. So I'm not exactly sure what the definition of a sound would be. Hi, Tony's guest.

SpeakerI don't know if she can hear us. Maybe she's muted us. But if you can hear us, we're saying hello to you sitting on Tony's couch. Right on. I always try to welcome everyone. Dr. David Allen, still no audio, which is unfortunate. But anything you type, we can read. Hello from Dr. Allen. If you guys have any questions, I'll tell you. Now, Dr. David Allen is really where I've learned the majority about what I know about the endocannabinoid system.

SpeakerAt least he pointed me in the right directions and explained quite a bit to me. So if you have any questions for him, you should look into it. I posted some of those really dark glands that I sifted, some super aged material. I'm curious what he thinks might be in some plants that are a year and a half, two years old that have just been dried and cured very slowly on the plant itself.

SpeakerAnd these are the strangest color I've ever seen. I'm new to a lot, so. But yeah, maybe speak to that for a moment.

SpeakerWell, he'll have to, his mic won't turn on, so he'll have to reply with typing, and while he's typing, I'll reply what my opinion is, is that, you know, I've seen it as well from material that's been well, well cured, and I find for dry sifting that it's really like, it's better than material, I mean, what you'll probably notice as you make more and more sift is that you'll really learn What properly dried material is over semi-properly dried material compared to completely improperly dried material.

SpeakerYeah. Yeah. You know, you really want to get like a really nice dry material, but not so dry that it's like melting out all the terpenes. You know what I mean? Totally. It's like this almost this cure of... It needs to be the right variety. Yeah, absolutely. And cold curing, the right variety for sure because it'll hold that profile. That has a certain variety of terpenes that are the more volatile, sharp terpenes that are sharp on the throat.

SpeakerAnd even though they don't maybe have a strong smell, they may be masking the strong smell of terpenes that will be unveiled when those terpenes dissipate and are gone. Once they're gone, now this new odor arises and it's much stronger than before and you kind of have this hard time understanding why. It's because you've released the veil that was over top of those Even though they're stronger smelling terpenes, they were being suppressed.

SpeakerAnd once those terpenes evaporate out and get gone, it could be six months later that you get just this different flavor and it's all kind of like, wow, I don't know why it does that. That is my theory as to why it does that.

SpeakerDo we know anything about the chemistry?

SpeakerI'd like to chime in on that. Yeah, go ahead. Okay, so... When you're seeing heads that you've aged like that, the materials aged, look at the head like kind of an enclosed jelly donut. This is how I explain restoration of terpenes being put back into the heads. And so let's say you have these perfect glandular heads on a decently aged material, and you've had that for a year and a half, and you've been curing that out.

SpeakerWell, at some point, there's a membrane around that...

SpeakerAround that glandular head, that's like what the terpenes being held in. So if you look at the terpenes and the raw cannabinoids and those profiles, they're in a certain jelly stage, if you will. And so just like a liquid that's inside like a casing of a donut, it'll change its volatile stages. So if you take a terpene that's extracted from a plant, it'll age over a course of period of time.

SpeakerJust in the glass vial. So that tells you that the terpene inside the trichome head is also going to be aging. So if you preserve that and you have that a long time, then what you're doing is you're not actually, say, using heat, you're using age, which is something that I think hasn't been studied quite all the way, just like wine has the same concept with grapes.

SpeakerMaybe a grape would be a better example than a jelly donut. Like the grape has a fine skin and then you've got the fruit on the inside. And so that can change states. It can even change into a raisin. And so what's happening is that terpene is aging. It can't escape. And it's trying to eat through the walls. And maybe it's cracking like a real thin skin.

SpeakerAnd then as oxygen's hitting it, it's causing a different breakdown. So if you're seeing red and dark red colors, I would suspect that would be more We're going to start to see higher concentrations of a CBN and THC that you would find in there as far as like a more dominant than say THC because you're going to be breaking down that THC into a degraded version which is CBN.

SpeakerAnd so you're going to start to see higher concentrations of CBN as those colors get red and dark. The terpene itself will change and you'll start to smell different stuff. As opposed to being a year ago when you first had it. That's my opinion on it.

SpeakerSo I would wait to say that I've had a lot of conversion to CBN in these, I think, there's probably much more of a higher THC than CBD ratio strain. And the colors, I'm really bad with colors, I'm a touch colorblind, but I think they're on the tannish brownish spectrum. Working towards a pretty dark brown, very peculiar color. And, oh, this was another thing I wanted to mention, that I feel like there's a distribution of amber in the SIF that's the same as the original distribution, so I was starting to think that maybe the clear and the cloudy heads are the ones that have changed in color, and for some reason or another, the ambers have really held their own over the same amount of time.

SpeakerSo I was curious if anyone had that sort of aged gland knowledge. I agree that there's a lot more to be learned in the aging of cannabis that we study. Everyone wants to puff. We don't save it too long.

SpeakerYeah, I think there's something to be said for aging the cannabis before you sift it. You know, everyone's getting into this quick, I want it now, fresh frozen, live resin, even dry ice for dry sifting, which is just another sort of misnomer, because to have it diluted perfectly on the plant the way the plant grew it, to allow it to dry properly like that, rather than to extract the resin and then to have to try and get the resin...

SpeakerObviously it's impossible with water hash, but for dry sifting, then to try and get that resin sort of actually dried because that wax membrane is going to hold moisture, especially if you've used fresh material with like dry ice or something. There's something to be said for drying out the resin head so it's like a raisin, not like a fresh grape.

SpeakerI wish I could get your kind of macro lens on these glands too because I'm curious. I can't get the detail of the skin. I'd like to know if they've actually kind of raisined out or not. I would say they have a little bit compared to the fresher glands I've seen off the same material lately. You know what? No problem, Moshe. Why don't you just send that to PO Box 474.

SpeakerI'm just joking. I just reached for a pen, Marcus. I'm not kidding. I would, man. I would send you a little sample of this. I'd be curious. No, one day when we're allowed, we'll do such things, and not before. Everything's too serious now. I think 2015 is going to be a big year for cannabis. It's going to be a big year for Making sure that cannabis is standardized in a way that people who don't have the ability to grow it for themselves or have a great connection, that they'll be able to have other sources to find standardized, excellent quality medicine.

SpeakerYou shouldn't have to be in the know, in my opinion, to be able to get the best. It should just be available for everyone. Yeah. I'm going to make a prediction on top of that besides the medical and industrial benefits of what will happen in 2015. A lot of people sometimes miss the cultural advancements and I think 2015 is when cannabis gets sexy back. I'm calling it now.

SpeakerI'm going to say it's going to come back and then all of a sudden all the tabloids, all the news, every star, everyone's going to call. Cannabis, the next sexy thing. It's going to be culturally accepted in a different way because I think you're going to see a lot more advancement in 2015 than people realize. So somebody said to me at the illusion party, it was a glass blower, and he said, oh, you had a pretty good year in 2015.

SpeakerDo you think you could get better? I said, I don't really look at years, different things, except when there's historical changes. And there's been a lot of historical changes In dates, you know, as far as the cultural side and as far as full-out legalization, you know, there's more and more states coming, but I think there will be more of that final cause of a revolution around the planet to where it becomes culturally acceptable and at the point where it becomes sexy, all by the end of 2015.

SpeakerI like it, I like it.

SpeakerWhat the hell are you doing? Drinking an ice cream maker?

Jenn DoeI was just wondering the same thing.

SpeakerIs that coming from me? No, he was standing like that in the corner of the thing and I could just see this sort of... Oh, you were cleaning your giant monster piece of glass for vaping. Yeah, because it's covered in snow. Have you looked at the road?

TrueYeah.

SpeakerDude, you should go on. Actually, I should go on. We should find out what kind of weather conditions there are in Whistler right now because it's snowy as fuck. It's always nice when the day you're leaving, it's just dumping. Dumping.

SpeakerYeah, right. This is my friend, Holly.

Jenn DoeHi. Hi, Holly. Hi, Holly. How's it going? Good. Good.

SpeakerReally? Yeah. I'm on a snow day. Snow day. There's my snow day. There's my snow day.

SpeakerWhat in the world? What in the world?

SpeakerWhat in the world? What in the world?

Jenn DoeWhat in the world? What in the world? What in the world?

SpeakerSo that's a vape block.

SpeakerThis is a, I wouldn't advise this with anything else but a ceramic digital Uh, vaporizer. It's a heat gun, but it's ceramic. This is the brand you want. The rest of them are bad. Yep. Not all of them are bad. Some of them are not. Steinel, ceramic heat pour, but Steinel's definitely not. Sorry, that was gross. I know you don't usually like to see cannabis smoked, Bubble Man.

SpeakerI'm sorry. That's disgusting. Hey, these guys have been puffing oil.

SpeakerToo awkward. They sure give a nice rip, though, I'll tell you.

SpeakerThey sure give a nice rip.

SpeakerContraptions. You've got to get into the contraptions sometimes.

SpeakerYes, I hear the echo, Jan. It's because we're not all keeping our mics muted. Everyone has to make sure that they mute their mics, and then we're laughing.

SpeakerExcept when you want to talk, of course.

SpeakerIs mine still producing an echo? I've got headphones on. I was wondering...

SpeakerNo, yours isn't creating an echo, as long as everyone's muted.

SpeakerWell, speaking of winter, we got a high of about zero where I am today. And I'm about an hour and a half or two away from heading to the lab to make some bubble. Really excited to do some washing. It's been too long.

Jenn DoeSo look who I finally got back.

Jenn DoeDo you remember this little guy, Mark?

SpeakerLet me check it out. My computer's running pretty slow, so when I go to click on cameras, it's only showing me avatars of photos. I can see Darren. I can see Horatio. I can see John. Tony's a picture.

Jenn DoeAnd Yvonne.

SpeakerOh no, now I see Tony. Okay, let me click your camera. Oh, there it is. Yeah, I remember that. I remember that little character from Amsterdam.

Jenn DoeHe finally made it back. In one piece. Well, mostly one piece. One of his little things broke.

SpeakerAnd you sent that just in the middle of that? Yeah, we shipped him back. You didn't bring it back with you?

Jenn DoeNo, I couldn't. Bear to bring it back with me. I didn't want to deal with customs, even though I had to anyways.

SpeakerNobody wants to deal with customs. It's universal.

Jenn DoeNo, we mailed him.

SpeakerExcellent.

SpeakerOh, man, yes, tired, tired, tired. We had a mad session last night that lasted too long. And now it's beautiful and snowy outside.

SpeakerWell, I'm going to take it upstairs for the last little bit. See you in a bit.

SpeakerSee you in a bit. How's it going, bud?

SpeakerEveryone's waking up. I'm going to head into the bedroom here.

SpeakerHead over to the couch.

SpeakerThe couch area of the bedroom. There we go.

SpeakerAll right. Silly Simon says hello. Haven't been reading much of the chat. Get a Red Bull, Bubble Man. Red Bull gives you wings and also potentially cancer of the liver.

SpeakerYes, we did some snowboarding. Yeah, I am dog tired. We did some snowboarding. We did some tubing. We did some snowmobiling, snowboarding, tubing, and bobsledding. Plus we ended up at Bounce for a little bit, jumping on the trampolines. Just really fun, you know. Whistler can take it out of you quick. Everything's really strenuous and no, no, I don't do coffee. I'll just do more bong rips. And then I'll eat some food here too.

SpeakerI've been out for hours and I haven't eaten anything or even drinking anything. To do the amount of time they take to grow, if I let a sativa grow for a few extra weeks, will I get more of an indica couch lock? I'd say if you let a sativa flower for a few less weeks, you might see that. I don't know, really, maybe more. You'd have to check it out yourself.

SpeakerThose are generalizations that I wouldn't really want to try to answer myself.

SpeakerWill I ever combust flowers again? I don't know, Tyler. I don't like to say that I'll never do something again because that seems to be pretty severe. Who knows what I will and won't do. I will say that I just don't enjoy it. And it's not like one day I decided I wasn't going to do it like the way I decided I wasn't going to eat meat.

SpeakerIt really kind of just snuck up on me as bubble hash entered my life. I was less and less interested in rolling fat joints. And when I was smoking the joints, I actually got to a point where I felt like it wasn't enjoyment. It wasn't that enjoyable.

SpeakerYou're still fighting with the turps being lost in the bubble water. Wouldn't vaporizing be better than most bubble hash? Vaporizing is wonderful, Alexander. The reason I find it not to be better is because we've still yet to really get the vapor into a concentrated form where you can get a hit, as big as the hit you can get off of like bubble or dry sift. And although there's some terpenes lost, It's not all the terpenes that are lost in water extraction that are going to be a terrible loss.

SpeakerSometimes you lose the good ones, sometimes you lose the bad ones. Who's to say? Not sure I'm going to do that, Rastafari. Maybe. If I end up spending more and more time in Jamaica and it's an easy place to grow hair, I will, absolutely. Yeah, I'll be eating some fruit real soon, bro. Thanks for the tip. Just talking to a few people in chat. Sounds like someone just pulled into the driveway.

SpeakerSounds like someone's trying to leave the driveway and having a hell of a time. Let's check it out.

SpeakerIt's the tractor. Look how much snow we got here, guys.

SpeakerIt is just... You can't see the mountains. Whistler Mountains right there, so is Blackcomb.

SpeakerSo that was a front-end loader. Sounded like it was parking in the driveway. It was just cleaning the driveway. Anyone else able to talk? I am, and I have one question about myrcene. I think it's pronounced right. It's one of the terpenes. I read somewhere that that one, going to the couch lock thing, that one had a major moderating impact on cannabinoids to give that effect. Did I hear that right?

SpeakerDo you know anything about that?

SpeakerAbout the modulation of myrcene to cannabinoids, the increase of THC effect? Yeah, well, I mean, I think... Couch lock, specifically, that dragging the mouthfeel. I think that it would be... I think it would be hard to say that every person would experience that feeling. For instance, when Aaron here puffs the Congo, he wants to go to bed right after. When I puff the Congo, I could go outside and shovel the walk for two hours.

SpeakerSo we get completely different effects. He actually gets tired and wants to sleep, and I get stimulated and want to be active. And isn't that the bigger picture of it all? We're all just as unique as each plant.

Jenn DoeYeah, I'd love to find something that would put me out. I just can't, though. There's no cannabis in the world to put me to sleep.

SpeakerDry slip.

Jenn DoeYeah.

SpeakerI had a number five phenol that Mark cleaned that once you smoked it, it put you to sleep, definitely. I would love that.

SpeakerJen, the next time I see you, I'm going to give you two drops of a P4 that I'll make for you, and it'll be 10 a.m. and you'll go to sleep. I promise you.

Jenn DoeI would love one. I need like 6,000 milligrams of THC at once and just went about my business. I just can't. Can't find anything that will just knock me out and I've got a tinge of insomnia and farmer hours and so, man, I would love to curl up and go to bed.

SpeakerDo you eat any cannabis? Are you just smoking it or do you eat any like brownies or anything like that?

Jenn DoeYou know, cannibals don't really affect me at all. The most I'll get out of an edible is a headache.

SpeakerAre they activated cannabinoids?

Jenn DoeCut.

SpeakerWell, one thing I've learned over the years is a lot of bacons aren't properly activated. So, I mean, it's just activating and trying to find different dosages that'll work for you.

Jenn DoeIt's definitely not the activation. It's something about my body where I just process differently. And so, definitely not the activation, though. I've had my hands on all the edibles that you could possibly ever dream of, and They'll give me a headache before I get anything else or I get absolutely nothing out of them.

SpeakerBum, shitty deal right there. So that should tell you something. Yeah, that's why I have no gland to work because the central nervous system, that's what we're trying to engage in and shut off. And so... I gave some to my brother and some other people. Most of the people are using them for insomnia, two to four drops. These are people that can't sleep for days. So I tested it on people that don't have experience with any type of cannabinoids to see what reactions would be on different people.

SpeakerSo that's part of being in my family is that you get experimented on randomly. And you'll never know it, all of a sudden you're like walking along, it's three in the afternoon, and you're like, hey, brother, you awake? And he's like, what, what? Like nine hours later, he's like, what happened? I was like, I'm just getting two drugs. Hey, hold on, somebody's here.

Jenn DoeI'll come check it out.

SpeakerI just put the wrong link up there. I'm going to put the right link up there, David. Here we go. Boom. Good morning. Can you hear me? I can absolutely hear you now, David. Welcome. Finally. I hate computers. I had a lot of computer troubles this morning. Yeah, quite a few people were having the same sort of troubles, but I'm glad you hunkered through and made it in, man.

SpeakerWelcome. Good morning. You should introduce yourself and give people a little background as to who you are and what you're all about. All right. Good morning, y'all. My name is Dr. David Allen. I'm a retired heart surgeon and a member of the ICRS, and I consider myself a cannabinoid scientist.

SpeakerAnd I'm here to stop prohibition, and we're doing a good job.

SpeakerAbsolutely. Cannabis warrior in the house. And I appreciate that. One puff at a time. One puff at a time. There.

Jenn DoeShould we take bong rips to that?

SpeakerYes. We shall.

SpeakerSo this is my first hash church. I'm usually on the phone on a Sunday morning with Humanism National.

SpeakerAnd they're a group of people that provide court support for anybody charged with a cannabis crime. And we do some good work. That is very good work. It's been a while. What's that? I was going to tell you, we had a case last week where a father and son were charged with growing cannabis in Redding, California. They had two grows. They had 98 plants at each grow, so 196 plants, I guess, and we had 45 people show up at court support with these little green ribbons with red crosses on, and it It unnerves the prosecution and the judges.

SpeakerAnd they found him innocent. Twelve people found him innocent after under an hour of jury deliberation. And so apparently the judge thinks that the supporters with all those green ribbons influenced the jury. And... And we do want to influence the jury in a manner that we think that nobody should go to jail for a plant. And we're here to make it unprofitable for people to prosecute cannabis crimes.

SpeakerExcellent. Well, that's good work right there. To make it unprofitable is really, really going to hit them at the key. That's sort of the equivalent of the mitochondria right there. We need to convince that thing to go away. And then that cell will go away and we can move on with this, you know, it seems like what seems to inevitably be coming, which is the allowance of allowing people first and foremost to know that they have an endocannabinoid system and then to allow people, would you not, David, put it up there with making essential amino acids illegal like what they've done with phytocannabinoids?

SpeakerYeah, essentially it's kind of like making water illegal.

SpeakerThe endocannabinoid signaling system, that's really the proper term because it's a chemical communication system, turns on and off all the switches in your body. It activates and deactivates virtually every enzyme system. It's like the key to your car. Unless you have the key to your car, your car just doesn't run right. You can maybe wire it up to get it running, but it just doesn't run right without this oil that soothes the friction of life.

SpeakerSo, and we're finding out, if you guys want to hear, I wrote this article recently about the amygdala. And it's important for people to understand what the amygdala is and how it relates to cannabis. And if you're interested, I don't want to dominate the conversation today, but I can give you maybe a 10-minute recitation on how all cannabis use is medical, even if you don't understand the science, because what it does, it allows you to turn off your amygdala.

SpeakerNow, basically you have two parts of your brain, the upper part and the lower part. The upper part is the cerebrum, it's the cognitive part of the brain, and the lower part, the brainstem, is the thing that preserves the safety for the animal. So it's involved in fight, flight, or freeze. And that's all the brainstem does, fight, flight, or freeze. But the midbrain switches between the upper brain and the lower brain.

SpeakerSo the midbrain, part of the midbrain is called the amygdala. And the amygdala is the fear organ of the brain. And what it does is it monitors the current situation. And if it matches anything that's going on currently with what happened in the past that was dangerous, If it makes it match with danger, then it puts you on high alert, and it basically does what's called amygdala hijack.

SpeakerAnd amygdala hijack is when the midbrain switches off your cognitive part of the brain and switches on your brainstem. So if we're having a conversation and you hear a gunshot, You're going to turn away from this conversation and pay attention to something that might be dangerous. And you're going to go into brainstem mode. And when you go into brainstem mode, you don't have the upper motor functions of love and empathy and compassion.

SpeakerAnd so there's really two type of people. There's people that can turn off your amygdala And reside in your cognitive sphere. And there's people that can't. And although that they can go into their cognitive sphere when they're in a amygdala hijack, they stay out of their cognitive sphere and they go into their protection mode. And so what happens is this protection mode prevents you from thinking. And it makes all other information that comes into you, since you know this is a dangerous situation, you don't have to think anymore about any other useless information.

SpeakerSo for instance, if you're out in the woods and a bear attacks you, you don't have to think about the color of the bear's eyes. You know this is dangerous, you've seen this before, and you just get out of the way, okay? So if anybody gives you any extraneous information, so if you say marijuana to a cop, it puts them into amygdala mode. They already know it's dangerous.

SpeakerThey don't need any other information. And if you try to tell them all the pot's not bad, they reject that information and view it as an irritant. And this kind of explains the drug war. And And marijuana works by inhibiting stuff. So by feedback inhibition from the nerves, when you have a seizure or a spastic condition, the proximal nerve is giving a lot of information to the distal nerve.

SpeakerYou're seizing, you're spasming, and the distal nerve has a way to protect itself. And so what it does is it creates the cannabinoids. They go in a retrograde state They go forward, they go backwards, and they inhibit this transmission of nerve transmission. So when you use cannabis, what happens is the first time, everybody has cannabinoid receptors, but the first time you use cannabis, something miraculous happens. We don't really know what it is, but all of a sudden you have a bunch of All of these are cannabinoid receptors that are functioning that you didn't have before.

SpeakerAnd they call it upregulation of the cannabinoid receptors. So if you don't smoke, you've got some cannabinoid receptors. But once you smoke, all of a sudden, you upregulate a zillion more receptors. And all of a sudden, you have the ability to inhibit parts of your brain that you couldn't inhibit before. You have neuroplasticity.

SpeakerA third part of this theory that I have has to do with cannabinoid receptor function. Are you guys all following me with this? Absolutely, man. We're gobbling this up. It is killer. 100%. Okay, so what happened is they know right where on the DNA where the cannabinoid CB1 receptor resides, the coding for it. And they can take that section of the DNA out and put some gibberish DNA in there.

SpeakerAnd when they raise mice with this DNA, they can do tests on them. And indeed, they do not have cannabinoid receptors. And they're perfect mice. Other than that, they just don't have cannabinoid receptors. So they wanted to find out what the difference was. What does a cannabinoid receptor do for memories? So they did this test called a Morse water maze. And a Morse water maze is a big tank.

SpeakerIt's about six foot in diameter. It's full of water. And they placed a TV camera over the top of it to put motion in it and put some markers on the side of the tank so you can tell which direction is which. And they put this little clear stage in the water just under the surface of the water. And you can't see it. And so what they did is they tested mice with cannabinoid receptors and mice without.

SpeakerAnd so they throw the mice in there and they swim around and eventually they bump into the subsurface stage and they stand on it and they can save themselves. And so both mice groups, they throw them in there and they learn where the stage is. And after they do this for a week or two, you throw the mice in and they know right where the stage is and they swim directly to it and they save themselves.

SpeakerSo what they do is they repeat this experiment just to see what it is, how it affects memory. So they move the stage to a different location, that's all they do, and they repeat the experiment. And what they find is when they throw the regular mice with cannabinoid receptors,

SpeakerWhat happens is the regular mice with receptors, they go where it used to be, they swim around, they say it's not here, they test the environment, they say, well, it's not working, what we're doing here is not working, it's not here any longer, so I have to go somewhere else. So they continue swimming around and they eventually find it and they are able to save them. Okay.

SpeakerAnd I don't know what I did. Can you guys hear me still? Yep, and see you. Okay. So what they did is they moved the stage. The regular mice, they test it, and they find out where it wasn't there where it used to be, and they move and they find it, okay? The knockout mice, on the other hand, are completely different. What they do is they swim continuously where it used to be until they drown.

SpeakerAnd even if you pick them up, And put them on the new stage in the new location. What they do is amazing. They jump off the new stage. We're in a new location. And they swim continuously where it used to be until they drown. Now this says a lot about human behavior and the drug war in general. What they do is they test the environment. They continuously do destructive behavior Despite the fact that the input that they're getting, the feedback shows them that what they're doing is not successful, but they continually do unsuccessful, destructive behavior despite the negative consequences that what they're doing is not working.

SpeakerAnd so this explains a lot. So you can tell when people don't have enough cannabinoid receptors They act different from people that do, and you can probably notice this in your own life. First people, when you try to talk, first off, I think that people that don't use cannabis, they have a different facial expression. And since they really can't, You know, this turns everything around because really the people that don't use POTS don't have a proper view of reality because reality is how a situation affects everybody, not just how it affects you.

SpeakerSo if you're in amygdala control and you're only thinking about how the situation affects you, you don't have empathy of how it affects anybody else. So you really don't have a true

SpeakerYou have a skewed view of reality. So in my view, there's two kind of people. And Dr. Bob Melamed kind of says the same thing in a different way. Bob Melamed says there's forward-looking people and backward-looking people, flips and bips. And the forward-looking people are accepting of change.

SpeakerThey don't fear change. Their whole life is not based on fear. It's based on compassion. And backwards looking people, their whole life is based on fear. They don't like change. They don't like other races. They hoard things as a measure of fear. They hoard money.

SpeakerFood and weapons. They start arms races. This explains the drug war.

SpeakerAnd so this is my theory and I know no one can prove this theory wrong.

SpeakerWell, it sure wouldn't surprise me that people that are deficient in their cannabinoid intakes would be the people that are against cannabinoids so much so, like you said, that they would actually build prisons to jail you in and happily destroy your family while they're doing it. It gives them a justification for cruelty.

SpeakerThey're justified in their cruelty. And they think, you know, when a pot smoker comes up to a policeman and says, pot's not bad, the policeman thinks that these pot smokers are stupid. Why don't they get it? Pot is bad for you. Why would they even think this? And so they think they're superior to you. They have a feeling of superiority over you. Because they've already thought this out, why are you confusing the issue with this gibberish that pot saves?

SpeakerTrue to that. Well, I want to welcome Ken and Jibs in the room, who just got to Tony's place a little bit a while ago, and I'm sure these guys have some thoughts on, I like the interesting thing of how you were explaining sort of the paranoia of the two brains, the brain stem and how it, Can switch that off. Jib might find that interesting. I know he uses cannabis.

SpeakerDid you guys hear what Dr. David Allen was saying?

SpeakerI heard what Dr. Allen was saying. I didn't hear your question.

SpeakerIt's kind of cool. Yeah, we heard everything that he said. And I also agree with you. I like the part where I always start by explaining the signaling system, but I really enjoyed the memory example in the rodent study. That gives you a really good wide perspective of the functionality of it. I think it's a very good example. And...

SpeakerI think it explains certain personality traits for sure.

SpeakerAnd heavy resin users, especially like yourselves. Yeah, and even using different forms of cannabis in between ingesting it, whether I'm ingesting water ash or I'm ingesting large amounts of oil, large amounts of flour, or having smoked large amounts of oil too, figuring out which blends of cannabinoids Um, ingesting cannabinoids in certain manners, uh, how they react to the receptors and then how I react to that. What works best for me wearing an iPad?

SpeakerWhat do you feel is like, what do you feel works best for you? I mean, honestly, I've gone through large periods of time where I've smoked a lot of everything. When I smoke just pure resin by itself and eat pure resin by itself, just decarbed water, ash, or dries it. That is when I do the best. I'm not exposing myself to unnecessary plant matter or potentially heavy metals or hydrocarbons or other solvents.

SpeakerI don't know. There's definitely a reason to that. Pure resin by itself is definitely... Very cool. Very cool.

SpeakerMan, I can't talk much. I'm vibrating through your guys' speakers so loud. I'm going to mute myself and I'll catch you in the room. We can't hear you now.

SpeakerYeah, I had to mute myself. Basically, the only way here to work is that if you stop talking, you have to mic. Right now, your mic, your speakers, that when I talk, the speakers pick up and they record, they shoot it through one second after I say it. But I see they're sitting back a bit. Can you just control us and just mute us and unmute us when you want us to speak?

SpeakerI couldn't do that. No, let him be the controller. You'll just tell us because you'll be the producer. You'll be producing. You'll be the curator. Alright, alright. Alright, you'll have to speak. What am I speaking on now? I don't know. Well, hey, it's good to see you. It looks like you had a great holiday. And, yeah, it's just good to see you again from... Yeah, from Amsterdam.

SpeakerIt was a great time out there. Hopefully we get to do it again this year. Are you still out in Whistler with Aaron and Flav? Oh, yeah. Yeah, dude, I'm absolutely out here with Aaron and Flav, and Matt was here just the other day. He just left, and it's good to see you too, Ken and Jibs. Obviously going to be seeing you guys sooner than later. Hopefully we'll see you maybe in Spanibus in Barcelona.

SpeakerBarcelona, yeah. Hopefully, we're trying to make Barcelona happen. It's being talked about. I had a really good time last year. It was a really good experience in Europe. Bain's canvas culture is definitely evolving and growing at very rapid rates. The amount of social clubs that we're having, the amount of people readily paying attention to the things you're doing on your social media sites. Um, YouTube videos of teaching people about hash and people following what my company is doing and other major oil companies.

SpeakerWhat's up, buddy? It's just really inspiring to see you trying really hard to bring a good cannabis culture to our people.

SpeakerNo, I'm not popping bulls in here. Aaron wanted to say hi. What's up? Happy New Year, fellas. What's up? Happy New Year, brother. Good to see you. Good to see you guys, man. I saw you guys are even winning. Exactly, bro. Exactly, bro.

SpeakerThat's the way DNA goes. All right, I've got to go. Tony, I'll talk to you. I'll talk to you. All right. Later, Horatio. Later, everybody. Peace out. Peace out. He's probably got to go win all the medals.

SpeakerSo fast. Back to the... A lot of pain spasms you go into a fight or fight freeze type thing and I find that like when I was lately with a lot of pain I've been using high dosages of hash and stuff like that that's helping me so would you say that's reacting in that kind of sense?

SpeakerDid you get that?

SpeakerHello? Dr. David Allen, you should be good to go now. Okay, I hear you now. What was the question again? Well, I deal with dealing with doctors and stuff, and we talk a lot about fight, flight, and freeze, and dealing with chronic pain, and what I deal with, and I find that a lot of times when you get into that type of emotion with a lot of pain, people dealing with a lot of severe pain and stuff like that, they get into a block period where you can't think, you don't remember, and stuff like that, so when you're talking about that with the brainstem and stuff, and how it reacts with cannabinoids, and I find that A lot of times for me, lately, I've just been really hitting the high dosages and stuff and seeing how that's reacting.

SpeakerSo I was just kind of more or less paying attention to that and how you were talking more about that. And I was kind of curious even when Tony would have to say more. You can actually see people, if you kind of watch their facial expressions, you can kind of tell when a person goes into a medullar mode. And it happens in daily life when you talk to your wife and you tell her that you don't have enough money for the rent, she goes into amygdala mode and you try to talk to her after that and you can't talk to her.

SpeakerAnd you'll say something that sounds reasonable and they're in amygdala mode and they won't listen to it. And so if you watch this in human behavior, you'll be able to see when people... I like this amygdala concept.

SpeakerCommentary. The word, actually. Just the idea of shutting that brain on and that explanation of going to that lower stem and now you're no longer thinking. That's a serious way to control a populace. Good way to control. And I'm also researching it as we're talking, so I'm just curious, right? Just curious. And this explains all these people that That live in fear all the time.

SpeakerLand security was built on the amygdala. So their whole thing is about fear. They try to make you fearful and they're always trying to protect you. And the truth is they know what the protection that they provide is almost nothing and really what it is is just extortion. It's an extortion method by the government.

SpeakerWell, it's nice that we're in a time that we're unveiling this. It's nice that we're in a time that we have people open to the concept of, well, Tony was saying earlier how his prophecy for 2015 is that cannabis will become acknowledged. He used the term sexy, but I think he was metaphorically saying that, you know, these people right now that maybe are the majority of the people that are suffering from your amygdala hijack term, they may...

SpeakerI don't know how to get them out of that, but it seems as though cannabis is on this unstoppable path of the prohibitionists slowly but surely falling. Right. And you know, I was going to say, these people, they have cognitive dissonance now because their core beliefs are being challenged by information that's contrary to what they believe in. And so it creates what they call cognitive dissonance. And so basically the concept is, oh, I've avoided marijuana my whole life, and now you tell me it's good for me?

SpeakerIt makes them want to not understand what you're trying to say.

SpeakerRight, yeah, no, that's definitely the power of cognitive dissonance. I saw it in a lot of tobacco smokers when everyone kind of knew tobacco was bad, but then when even everyone decided, even the companies were like, no, actually it's like killing everyone. People were still like, yeah, whatever, it hasn't killed me, you know, I think I'll be okay.

SpeakerRight.

SpeakerThat's cognitive dissonance at its best. Right. It explains the drug war. Oh, shit. I keep forgetting that I, uh, I, I muted, I muted Tony and Jibs and Ken, and now I forgot the girl's name. I'm sorry. I'll unmute you so you can say it. How about that? How about that? How about that? How about that? How about that? Watch this. Oh, it's too bad that their mic is coming through.

SpeakerI want to mute them. Okay, you guys are ready to talk again. You ready to talk again? Alright, so I took one of the little screens and I dropped it in the vape lock. I put it digitally up to about 500. It's getting a nice bubble now. It's just vaping it off there. Wow. Oh, it could be hotter. You know, when we hang out, I have friends that hang out with two different temperatures of things.

SpeakerSome people are in 750 and some people are like, I do keep my email on like 475. And this is a little too, a little too cold.

SpeakerThat's cool. It's digital, so we can change it. Would you like it to be? No. Yeah.

SpeakerThank you.

SpeakerI was on mute about that. Did you get my... Is that correct, Horatio?

SpeakerOh, we all froze up now. Was that to me? I didn't hear the question. If you can talk a little about pure terpenes and the possible dangers in dabbing or inhaling them directly. Well, yeah. I mean, one of the funny things about terpene isolation and seeing somebody with a bottle of potential oil is there are so many different terpenes you could potentially isolate in a vial. And I was just talking to a buddy and we've tried a lot of the floral terpenes that are coming off of this pineapple express and they're To a degree, fantastic.

SpeakerAnd I just keep thinking, I'm like, I would never ever touch one drop of limonene. That is like scorching fire. So there's definitely a difference between which terpenes you think you're dabbing. And as you get to the heavier oils and the ones that don't bake off, depending on what you're collecting, they can get really dangerous to dab. I know, I mean, in a split second it burns my tongue, it burns the roof of my mouth, my chest starts burning, and I don't like when I make a mistake.

SpeakerSo I think it's very dangerous to not know what type of turkey you're battling.

SpeakerYeah, I had seen, I thought I'd seen David make a post about this a couple weeks ago just in regards to the potential dangers to your lungs of inhaling pure terpenes. And I've done it a few times. I didn't feel like there, there was a few times where it was too much. I definitely felt like it was a better thing when it was being reconstituted into something The hash in smaller amounts, I enjoyed that more than like a pure terpene dab, which seemed very like almost could just shut your lungs down if you got a big enough rip.

SpeakerYeah, Horatio's sound is terrible. It's coming through like crackly and poppy. You got sound, John?

SpeakerYeah, my sound's fine.

DarrenMine sounds fine.

SpeakerYep, Darren's and John's play sound fun.

SpeakerBut we lost audio on Dr. Allen. I guess we will hope that he comes back in. Otherwise, wow, it has been three hours that I've been doing Hash Church. I'd keep doing it for another three hours if I had the time, but it's my last day here in the Whistler, and I guess I'm going to probably go down and have breakfast and gear up and plan something to do something fun before we leave because it has dumped a ton.

SpeakerAnd I definitely want to wish Tony again a happy birthday. He's got a nice group of his friends nearby, so that's good to see. Have a fucking great day.

SpeakerThank you for that. What's that? What's that? Shout out to him for allowing us to speak a little bit. We're talking about dabbing with pure terpenes, correct? Yeah, we're talking about terpenes, right? Yeah, yeah. So I agree with what Horatio was saying. Also, that's why I never was like someone that wanted to really dab pure terpenes. It's always... If we noticed as we experimented with it, it's like anything else.

SpeakerThere's certain temperatures in which you want to be able to vaporize essential oils, just like there's essential oil bags. Each oil and each terpene should be vaporized at a certain temperature if you're trying to smoke it for flavor and taste. And that's why you see a lot of those things that are mixing with charas or different flavored leaves and tobacco things. That's why it's a good mix-in with Substrates like hash or like a bi-resin, it needs to grab onto something and it needs to be fractioned off in such small increments because that's how it is in its pure form off of the plant.

SpeakerSo if something's 5 to 10% turps, that pure essential oils of that 5 to 10% translates to a certain ml. And so you wouldn't want to just take a flower in its sense and look at the trichomes and things and separate them. And say, okay, I want to be on an attribute of 90 percentile of the terpenes versus all these other cannabinoids. So you're dropping all cannabinoids, you know, so we're talking about pure terpenes.

SpeakerAnd so they're just like modulators that are going off that need something to grab onto. So if you're just going to smoke it, it's not something that's like you're going to get high from or you're going to get this like weird response. You may have this different type of head change. Just because the oxygen which you breathe in your lungs at that particular time is different. It's just has some kind of different formulation so your brain might feel something, but really it's just for a pure essence of flavor.

SpeakerSo those, in that aspect, you know, it needs to grab onto something. There's other medicinal attributes, in my opinion, topically are being digested. So there's a certain amount of terpenes that are incorporated in These are the product capsules, and that's something that we're going to continue to identify as the research goes. And so that's what the whole point of it is, is to tile in the medicinal modulators and these different terpenes that we find correlate with cannabinoids and those ratios.

SpeakerSo if you're looking for sequencing, one of the gentlemen that has his birthday after mine, he talked about every human being is different, and we all have different little sequencing So it's true. And so the plant offers all of these different combinations, just like Chess said in front of me. It's a billion different combinations for different people. So we need to try to explore them to the nth degree.

SpeakerThat's what turkeys are for me.

SpeakerExcellent. Thanks for sharing, Tony. And I think, oh, the second part for the part of it's damaging, there's just not enough evidence out there. I would advise smoking it purely. I mean, the only thing I guess we can really comment on is now because there's not a lot of research on it, it's just personal response from having dabbing it. Like you said, Bobo Man dabbing it with ash in smaller amounts seems to be alright in my lungs.

SpeakerNot to say that it's bad or damaging to my lungs, but the pure terpenes, I'd say have like a more expansive effect. We can't hold it in very long. It kind of makes you cough and grab your lungs really quickly. But some of those are attributes I notice in certain strains. And once again, we'll figure out as we research those terpenes more much, which one of those terpenes or patterns of those terpenes is really making that effect happen on our lungs.

SpeakerFrom me personally, from having to add many things on a daily basis now, I don't. I don't necessarily see it in anybody's best interest to dab pure terpenes on a regular basis. I feel it's something to kind of put in a category or to compare to using, I don't know, other concentrated items like harder liquors. In small amounts, it has its very nice aromas and flavors, but you don't really afford part of it.

SpeakerIt's not something you need all day long.

SpeakerIt's a very concentrated water. It definitely has its great taste. I definitely argue terpene to have its large medicinal value, like Tony is saying, compared to other concentrated water. Awesome, guys. Thanks for sharing.

TrueCan you hear me?

SpeakerNo. Give it to us. Is it happening right now?

SpeakerWe want to actually hear what this guy says. Hold on a second. Let's see if I can mute my show.

SpeakerOkay, I think you're muted. Okay, my question is... Are you putting together all of the terpenes that the plant potentially had into one assembly, or is this a fraction? Because I'm making, for instance, fractions that are or are not bothersome. I have alcohol fractions that completely taste medicinal, and I'm like, oh my god, that's just the back end of the exhale. And then I have the floral essences, which aren't typically, pretty much you've never smelt them before.

SpeakerAnd I'm like, that's what I smelt in the grove. That's the stuff I wanted to eat. And these different fractions seem to produce different responses. And you could say the human, because it takes the slightest amount of that floral essence left over to have people thinking about the strain or what they smelt for days and days and days. Where if you smell some lemony and it smells like orange and you walk away.

SpeakerYou got it on mute, I can't hear you.

SpeakerOkay, you there? Yep. All right, so I think there's two quests there. What we're doing and what we're trying to accomplish for, we're talking about things to smoke or inhale, that was taking all of the essential oils and terpenes of the plant and then reinstalling them, if you will, into Thank you. Thank you.

SpeakerFirst, it's learning that the combination does work. So first you have to say, okay, that strain and that combination works, and it works for X, Y, and Z, and those particular strains harmonize like cords, and you go with that, and then you break that down into the terpene profile. And that should be a simultaneous process, but it's the fractioning off is, I would say, more on a medicinal research side, Thank you so much for joining us.

SpeakerExperience in my case, I had to fraction off, you could say, the things you're automatically going to lose in the back of them so that while I'm completing my purge process, I can hold on to the floral essences that are from the growing aspect. And then reapply them after I could, you know, you could say I've removed my solvent where I see with the live resins, the average user who's not in a position of privy to hold on to all those terpenes, people are now sacrificing making clean medicine because they can smell them and they seem to be dissipating the longer they try to actually clean up what they're doing.

SpeakerAnd it's like a counterintuitive goal where when you have stable dry sift and you have that Stable Extract. That's kind of why I wondered if it's going back into the plant material that produced it, or if you're extracting from one plant material and then trying to reintroduce it to, from even a second set of lights, a second batch of plants that produced the actual tri-films. I just want to add that Bird from Apex Pens is on his way to the hospital with his wife right now and his son may be born today with the same birthday as Tony.

SpeakerWhat do you think of that, Tony? Isn't that pretty cool?

SpeakerBird might have his son today. And welcome, Todd. Welcome, Todd McCormick, in the room. Yes, welcome, Todd. In California, I'm guessing. Yes, I'm home. I'm home. I've been enjoying your vacation pictures, my friend. Dude, it's been so ridiculous. I can't even believe it. I live here, but these guys, we went hard for like six days. It looked like you had a blast, man. And all that glass.

SpeakerI hope nothing was broken. No, not a chip, not a scratch, not anything. We'd love to take epic care of the glass. There's one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Eight pieces on the table right now. You know what? You guys are talking about turfs. And Kenny gave me... This little two-part, because you know he's doing the coal trap with the, oh, come on, scientific oven people.

SpeakerI'm crossing an alphabet. So he did it. This is the turkey extraction. He got three grams of this off 78 pounds of stuff he did. And, Mark, it smells unbelievable. It's just unbelievable. Yeah, I keep closing it. Rob was just here with me over the New Year's, Clark. And, uh, I swear you get high smelling it. I swear. It's like a little pick-me-up. It's unbelievable. So, like, I just, I feel like it's evaporating every time I open it anyway.

SpeakerI don't know. It's, uh, it fights amygdala hijack. I don't know if you heard Dr. David Allen talking earlier in Hash Church here. I'm not sure if he's still in here, but, man, he's a medical doctor, and he was talking about, uh, He was talking about the endocannabinoid system and he was actually calling it the endocannabinoid signaling system. And man, he was going into some good detail about it and talked about the fight or flight part of the brain where we live in fear and how we access how these switches that are switched through the endocannabinoid system, these signals can be switched through the fight or flight part of the brain, which is the brain stem, which is you no longer are thinking about anything else.

SpeakerAnd it's the sort of mentality of the prohibitionist. And he was literally talking about how prohibition is based on endocannabinoid signaling deficiencies and amygdala hijacking of the brain. Right. And they're not, Dude, I'm telling you. And empathy and anything else. Bingo. Exactly what he said. It's exactly what he just said. He laid it out. I think you would have really appreciated it. You should go back when this is over and re-watch the part right before you came in.

SpeakerI will, actually. I think this is a good time. This is about a three-hour mark. You know, Mark, what you're doing with this is creating a community that, remember 20 years ago when we went to Holland, and it was the first time we could all sit around in rooms and have discussions openly about growing and hash making. Well, then it was, you know, the pollinator a million years ago, but so much has changed, and now online...

SpeakerYou're kind of creating that like positronics, if you will, for the world to be able to sit down and watch. There are like hundreds of people watching this right now, and I love that you're creating this global community of hash enthusiasts. Yeah, no, you know what, I don't feel that I'm creating it so much, but I definitely feel like I'm a stepping stone or a facilitator or a platform for To help bring together, I mean, without people like yourself and Darren and Horatio and Jen and John and Tony and Gibbs and Ken and all the different great people that come and really want to be a part of it.

SpeakerAnd we were talking about this the other day, Todd, what I feel the real value of Hash Church is, which is sort of what the non-value of the internet is, which some people take advantage of, which is the ability to assume and to take advantage and manipulate the assumptions of others. Because it's easy for me to say, Posted pictures of Flav's glass, not say it's Flav's glass, not say it's mine, but create the assumption that it's mine, and now I've created this reality that people think I have this glass that isn't mine.

SpeakerThat's just an example of how the assumption of We post a picture. We post, you know, we post a video, and without a full explanation of it, the internet allows full assumption to take place, and certain times we can really, and what I mean by that is online, on Facebook, we know the trolls are going to jump on us. I could, Gibbs could probably attest to this.

SpeakerWe post, or the trolls, even Jen can, they jump on us. They want to attack us. And Hash Church is really about We're not trying to protect ourselves. Now we're at Hash Church. Put yourself out there. Maybe make a mistake. Maybe say something and learn something and acknowledge that you made a mistake. We don't mind here that we're not trying to fake it. I'm not saying that we're trying to fake it on Facebook and these other social media outlets, but they have a level of this manipulated assumption that can and does take place, and I find that it's a lot harder for that to take place online.

SpeakerLive on a camera. No, it keeps it real for sure. And I think the interpersonal interaction is nice and people being able to ask very intelligent questions and get very intelligent answers from people. It's that community element that until I went to Holland 20 years ago, there was nowhere to experience because sadly, you know, when I started being an activist, you couldn't even sell High Times in Canada.

SpeakerIt was so dark back then and And for now, you know, for us to be able to communicate from our homes and this is fantastic and I believe things are changing so incredibly quick. I am very enthusiastic so I'm happy to see you doing this. I think this is fantastic. It's all about the culture now. It's not about the struggle. It's about the development of the beauty of the connectivity that we all have and being able to share our ideas.

SpeakerAnd share the experience that we've had with this because, honestly, it's just been kept suppressed for so long. Absolutely. Well, I love the connection to Positronics. Saying that this is like Positronics is definitely an honor because, man, I'll tell you, in 94, 95, 96, Positronics in Amsterdam, there really was nothing like it and there really has never been anything like it since. It was just magical. It really was a magical, for those of you watching.

SpeakerBack then when the struggle was still somewhat newer in Holland, there was one gentleman named Bernard Bruning that started a closed private club. So when you go in, you had to pay 25 guilders and you got a key to the door after hours and you would go in and it would be like your ability to shop in a private mart. We have them in America. They're called Costco and private shopping clubs are common but they were uncommon in a smoking environment.

SpeakerSo what his concept was is that they couldn't come in and arrest every member of the community. And if he did it this way, he wasn't doing it solo. So he created this beautiful community where they held the mother plants, sold clones, took in cuttings, taught one another how to grow. We sold equipment. We sold all the paraphernalia we could get our hands on. We had a gentleman there named Peter who was the Bush doctor.

SpeakerAnd when you bought the equipment, he would teach you everything he had ever learned about growing cannabis enthusiastically. And we, as Positronics as a whole, would even offer to buy back the cannabis that you successfully grew. Using your equipment that you got from us and the clones you got from us so that you could start making a living in the cannabis industry supplying the coffee shops around you.

SpeakerAnd really it was a fantastic experience. We had video rooms where for really inexperienced growers we'd pop in a tape, show them the video, and then they could talk to Peter. And then we even had hash lessons. I did the first cannabis college there with Rob Clark. Were you there for that, Mark? That was at 95? Yeah, David. What year was that? Yes, yes, totally, 100%. I was a member, so I used to have like vegan, like awesome veggie, you know, conscious food that of course there was no prices for because Bernard just had it set up, so you just Just paid what you felt like the food was worth.

SpeakerWell, can I tell you the irony of that? Because it was legal for us to grow the cannabis. It was legal for us to make the hash and sell the clones and sell the equipment. But the cantina was technically an employee kitchen, so we couldn't put prices on the food. So it was illegal for us to sell you the food and the desserts and the soups, but the grass and the hash was no problem.

SpeakerBut it was awesome. What a great place Positronics was. And I loved how from the grow area where you could talk to Peter or the girl that worked there as well. She was quite knowledgeable. There was that area, but then there was a hallway with a grow room in the middle of the hallway that you could go through to get to the kitchen where you would go eat, the restaurant area.

SpeakerIt was cool. And we would have show and grows. In one area that Mark's mentioned in, we had four 600-watt lights, and we would put two of every cutting we had at the time in flower simultaneously at the same time so that as customers would come through and we would eat there regularly, you could see the plants develop and how different they would develop from one another in the same amount of time given the same size pot with the same soil, same veg condition.

SpeakerOh, yeah. Completely different show and grow. And we called them show and grows. You know? It was awesome. The first time I ever went there. Malcolm. Yeah, exactly. No, exactly. That was one of my first years. And that was the year, walking through there, Malcolm was setting up a little silver bowl and they had all this bud in it. And I walked by and Bernard kind of grabbed me by the arm.

SpeakerI didn't know him at all. And I was just like, is something wrong? I'm not allowed over here? And he's like, no, I just wanted to give you this bud. And then he reached into the bowl and gave me a big fat bud. And I was just like, that was kind of my introduction to Renard before, you know, people like Noel Van Schyack introduced me to him, which was obviously a different introduction than just bumping into him as a Cannabis Cup judge.

SpeakerI have so much respect for him. When I did my 2019 TH6, we brought him out here just to honor him and thank him because he's been an inspiration to me for two decades now. Yeah, I agree. I think he's just a great guy and I like most of everything that he does. I think that the Mellow Yellow was historic, the Positronics was historic. He's just kind of ahead of his time.

SpeakerI wasn't surprised when I saw him hooked up with Rick Simpson. You know, we started MediWeed back in 1996 together, you know, because I got my doctor's prescription from Dr. Trussell, and Renard embraced it, and for a little uncomfortable while, I was the only person other than him that was allowed to smoke through the day while they worked, because his attitude was, is, You wouldn't hire a bartender and expect them to smoke all day or to drink all day while they were on shift.

SpeakerPeople weren't allowed to smoke and work except me because I had a doctor's note. He started MediWeed and he tried to get the other coffee shops to sell cannabis at a discount To people that got their licenses so that it would create a conversation between the Dutch and their doctors because you know, Mark, there was no need to have a doctor-patient relationship when there was a coffee shop on every corner, you know?

SpeakerAnd it was that little monetary motivation and Bernard's persistence that got MediWeed going. And by 1998, they legalized cannabis in the Netherlands for medical use, which I think is great. I'm not the biggest Rick Simpson fan, though. I'll say that publicly. You know, I as a cancer patient think that cannabis is absolutely miraculous when it comes to helping us through treatment and potentially curing some types of cancers, but I think people are really dangerous when they're telling people to use alcohol extraction processes with unknown kinds of cannabis which are sprayed with God knows what pesticides, and you know, the quality control needs to really seriously be considered when people are telling people to make stuff as a cure-all medicine, and Thank you for watching.

SpeakerYou know, with all that's happening with cannabis right now, I think really safety, one of the reasons I'm such an advocate for legalization is because of the regulation. You know, when you go down to the supermarket, you don't expect there to be mold in a brownie that you buy on the shelf. And that's because it's legal to make brownies and they can regulate the brownie manufacturing industry.

SpeakerAnd for the end consumer, I think it's so important that that steps in and happens because with the cannabis legalization in California we've seen, it's been a race to the bottom where people are so quick to add pesticides and growth hormones and whatever they can to get to market because now the cannabis isn't worth as much as it used to be anymore.

SpeakerSo I think we have to be careful.

SpeakerSorry. Sorry, Aaron just came into the room. I was saying hi to him. He was telling me the story. Him and Flav just went to return their skis, and I guess Flav's skis were not the right ones, so now they've got to find his rental skis and figure out whose skis he has. Someone snagged it. They weren't even returning them. Or you snagged the wrong ones. No, the way we lined it up, it was almost the exact same pair of skis.

SpeakerYeah. Right. But what I'm saying is you'll never know if you took the wrong ones or exactly what I'm saying. And because you're super new on the mountain and it was your first lesson ever, it's super highly likely that it was you. You never know. But it doesn't matter. You'll find them. Come have a bowl with the Hash Church, guys. You guys are still on this? Yeah, Todd McCormick just came in.

SpeakerTodd's in the room. Hi, Aaron. What's up, Todd? Did you hear about our gold medal? I saw. I saw. I'm not surprised you guys are getting a medal again. I always tell you that. These guys are freaking out about their medals. They can't stop. They can't stop. Well, I was fortunate enough to give a cannabis cup out, and as soon as I bumped into Aaron, I knew it was him I was going to see on stage.

SpeakerYeah, I swear everyone I hung out with this year ended up on stage. Yeah, it was an interesting year, you know. I just watched the culture. I just watched the culture. Yeah, it did. I mean, do you think it's moving to Barcelona, Aaron? A lot of the years. It is. I talked COVID, Mike.

TrueAnd it's going. And it's going. And that's not a bad thing.

SpeakerIt's not a bad thing, but we'll see if we get the... Cannabis Cup in Barcelona, right? What, in November? In November. Cannabis is happening in March. Yeah, I know it's in March. When they would do a... When they would do a Cannabis Cup, if they were going to do it in Barcelona, isn't there already like three different cups, like in... Yeah. There's Vanavish, there's Vanavish, there's Arun.

SpeakerArun, right. That looked pretty substantial too. There's no shortage of cups. Look at how we're getting an echo now. We had everything set up so perfect. Are we still getting the echo? No, there it is. We got rid of it. Well, I'm ready to have a bowl of something or other. Maybe that little ripper, you know, you said it last night, dude, this thing hits like a champion.

SpeakerDo you have the torch that works? I do. Ah, thank you. This huge torch and this little Marcel is a seriously insane combination of... We gotta go sledding today. We gotta go sledding today. Well, she's just phoned me on the mountain, texted me and said, I'm skiing, so hang out, take your time. Oh, really? Is this my dad right here? No. Thanks, bro. That's mine. I'm joking.

SpeakerThat's mine. Did you guys hear that? Don't be messing around with Aaron's dabs. It's really not mine. It's from Matt the Great Gardener. Matt the Great Gardener. He's the one that donated all this. He sorted us out. Sorted us out. Here's to a great church. Made with bubble bags. Yeah, here's to a great church, guys. Right on. Thanks for coming in, everybody. Always a pleasure to see everyone.

SpeakerAaron's on the rip. Let's get his rip on because he hasn't even been in church all day, apparently. Can we go to Jibs? Yes, we can go to Jibs. We have a bad... Their microphone is doing the crazy reverberation thing, so I have them muted right now. But if you click no, it's right beside me, Tony. And then you've got to go up here and click on this.

SpeakerAnd then you've got to go over here and click on this little red mic and then not talk because we'll echo through their mic. There they are. Did I mute them yet? No, no. Oh, yeah, you did. You muted them. So now you can ask your questions before I see them. How many of you guys are on the camera? We'll be done Monday. It's tomorrow morning.

SpeakerWe're flying to LAX and we got a car, so yeah, we're going to Riverside mostly. Alright. Shit, shit. Let's go. He's like breathing only hash and barely any oxygen because they're high up in altitude and cold.

SpeakerAnd then it's all been percolated to like almost a million dollars in class. Almost. Wait, and in his spare time, he decided to try sledding and took first place in the local game. Yeah, always win. Some people are just born winners, I guess. Do you want to see the video? Do you want to see the video?

SpeakerYou don't cry? I do. No, we iPhoneed it. It's still emotional. It's so stiff.

SpeakerThere we go. There we go.

SpeakerWhistle. Woo! Is that it? Yeah, it doesn't take long. Here, one more time.

SpeakerOh, that's good. That's legit. That's legit. Play it in normal speed. Yeah, yeah. Right, slow motion. Well, we might not be able to see it because of the signal.

TrueYou'll be able to see it.

SpeakerYou'll be able to see it.

SpeakerIf I push play. If I push play. Whoa. Okay. Yeah, dude. It's insane. It's 35 miles per hour. That's legit. On a sled, that's legit. That's legit. I'm telling you it's legit. I'm telling you it's legit. When you got off, you would be like, oh, shit.

SpeakerYeah, it's this way. It's in line. You're renting a car just to do it. That's awesome. And then do the skeleton.

SpeakerYeah, they give you a hundred dollars for the skeleton, which is... No way! Yeah, yeah. No, but they can do... When we did the video... Dude, the skeleton... Listen, so... He's like, I've done the skeleton. And as I was walking up... He looked at the helmets and... It was all scraped away.

SpeakerYou know, on every single helmet. And she's like, why are all the chins scraped? You know, like she's going head first now. It's because a couple of these turns, the G forces are so much, your head is just pushed down into the ice. And you're just... Oh my God. Yeah, it's phenomenal. That sounds great as well. Well, I think Hash Church has been four hours, and it's been awesome, but I literally have things I've got to do, and we've got to gear up to get out of here and potentially figure out if we're going to do one last fun thing while we're here in Whistler.

SpeakerSo I'll finish it with saying, again, happy birthday to Tony, and, dude, it's good that you surrounded us. It's good that you surrounded us. Dibs and Ken, and I keep forgetting your other friends. Holly. Holly. Holly. And then I'll...

SpeakerOla and Crosby. All right. Well, I hope you guys all have a great day. You guys are welcome to come around and chat with Horatio, Johnny, Todd McCormick. We're going to turn off the live feed for 54 hours. Thank you, everyone.

SpeakerAnd yes, I'll finish it off with what Todd just said, because this is important. If you guys want to check out The Culture High, you can email Todd today at todd at hemp dot xxx, and you may very well get yourself a link and a password for the documentary, The Culture High. Thanks for joining, everybody. Peace.
